THEIVE !!!!! My wallet was left in the top driver seat visor as the car was left in there hands. Just before I had my car washed, I was at MB-Service buying a cable for my car stereo. I then passed through starbucks for a Very Berry Hibiscus. I then dropped my car off to get washed, vacuumed, etc. A gang of theses guy took my car and did there thing. I suppose this occurred by ether the Vacuum guy or the winder guy, as they would be the only ones in my car... But one of the degenerates went through my wallet and stole my American Express Card. ... left the rest of my cards. Its the only card I used for all my purchases that day. Later that morning; i went to Advanced Auto to buy oil and was halted at the register looking for my card. I quickly accessed my Account online only to find 3 unauthorized charges. #1 a tester at a gas station for the amount of 35$. #2 Publix for 160. #3 Walmart in the amount of 140. i was annoyed but not as PIST as when I went back to the location to speak with the manager who did nothing BUT ENFURIATE ME! I started speaking to him explain the problem... but he refused to even look at the proof i printed out while he asked, show me what charges.... im thinking to myself... wow. Are we speaking the same language here?? Im showing him the proof and he acting like i have nothing in my hand. I YELLED LOOK AT MY SHEET YOU FRACKIN JERK! And then i lost my temper and called the police. I walked into the lobby asking for the address only to be refuse by the idiot cash register guy to leave the lobby and that i wasnt allowed in. REALLY! SO you steal from me, then attempt to hide your address from me so i dont call the police on them. Idiots... i found the business card next to their tip jar, and i walked out. Made a police report, canceled the card. Not even so much as an IM SORRY allow me to investigate, what is your name and what are the particulars of the incident as he should have done. Clearly this business does not know how to Hire and run backgrounds, #2 failed on proper customer service handling. #3 does not care about their customers or the fact that i called the police. In short, BEWARE OF THIEVES in this place. Chances are they have done it before, and will very likely do it again. ANd if it does happen.... blog the living shot of them so they get shut down. I certainly will be sharing this with other bloggs and places. ... , I suppose the guy could have a learning handicap... at which point i could understand Im not knowing how to handle this. but i find it unlikely as he looked like he was a mid-80 dressed style cocaine dealer that has today retired.. late 40s, one simple thick silver chain with rather large charm, slicked wet WHITE hair. When i find the image from Walmart or Publix of the degerate that abused this trust, you will be prosecuted cause NO ONE STEALS from me! Horrible horrible horrible. Never in my life have I ever been so disrespected. I purchased the package to get my car washed inside and out and get my leather seats cleaned. After 35 minutes I got my car back with many dirty spots on the outisde. The owner argued it was becuase I purchased hand wash, and he could send it through the machine to get it sparkling clean. I said I could wash my car better than that it would just take a couple of hours. He said to pay him for 2 hours of a service and my car would be fullt cleaned. I opened my car to see my dash board still dusty, my mats turned upside down and my leather dirtier than every before and damaged!!!! When I turned the mats upside down, there was still sand underneath it from my beach trip earlier that day. The owner argued that my car seat was like thay before I came in when I was not!! Not once did he apologize for anything but made up excuses for every problem. He would not let me speak he contiuously spoke over me refusing to do anything about it. We got into it after that.. he furthermore walked away from me ignored me. I called him and arrogant man. He then told me to go get an education and that he knows people like me. People who complains about services so they can get it for free. He went inside for a while. Came back out with a gun tucked in the back of his jeand by his belt. Mind you Im a 25 year old young lady with a reputable job and a college student. He ignored all the other dirty parts of my car and told me to take my car back to lexus and have them write a letter stating that becuase they cleaned my car my leather became damaged. I bought my car 6 months ago and the drivers sear became dirty from my jeans I assume. It was not damaged. After debating with him for 30 minutes and being treated rudely, ignored, and being told to get in my car and leave his property I figured I could either call the cops or just leave and count my losses. This man refused to help in any way. It was absolutely ridiculous. As I previously stated I have never been disrespected like this before. I may have called him and arrogant man but I was furious and he was rude. Disgusting customer service and poor quality cleaning.

Terrible and will never go back. I am shocked... My interior was not cleaned. I got the full basic package for 12.99 (and stupidly tipped at the register before getting my car). In this package you get exterior, wipe down of interior and vacuum. My car is less than a year old and I am trying to keep it clean so there was not too much of a mess. After 5 minutes I am the only one in the waiting room, so it wasnt packed. I hear the intercom go off, but sound is terrible and it sounds like another language or muffled so I didnt think it was for me. Seems like 20+ minutes pass (I watch a half hour tv show) and I am wondering about my car so I step outside. I see my car on the side with the door wide open. I am guessing it is ready so I go out and sit in my car to start it up, but I look around and I am thinking, there is no way this is ready. So I go back inside and wait for another 10 minutes. I ask the lady at register, when will I know my car is ready and she lets me know I will hear it on loud speaker. I thought to myself, I never gave them my name (they never asked and they should call out your name instead of vehicle type because it is personalized customer service, which they obviously do no make a priority there-they are quick turnaround awful service). So I go to speak with Oscar, the manager and I ask if my car is ready and to make this short, I showed him my car and how dirty it was. He did not have a response. He was quiet.... did not offer to do anything. I said, well I already paid so I am out of here, but I will never be back. The pictures will not do it justice but you can tell there was a quick vacuum and zero wipe down. There is dust, fingerprints and dirt. I will not be returning and suggest the other local car cleaners for quality and to get better customer service.
