Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered 3 pastries and told the cashier that I was just getting desert first. She charged me $10. Than I ordered 3 meals and she than asked if Id like a pastry with each meal for an extra $0.99 each. I said well I just got three so there they are. She smiled and nodded than charged me for the sandwiches with no discount for the pastry. I spoke to another employee about the problem and she smiled and nodded. I than saw the manager Destry Bonncock. I told him and he smiled and nodded. I swear these employees were either robots or they they just absolutely had no customer service skills at all. Worst experience going out to eat ever!!!

I enjoy the food at Panera because its usually consistent and a better choice than other fast food drive thrus. The last time I was here, we couldnt connect to the Internet at all during lunch. It was blocked. Ok, I get it. Gotta turn tables. A month later, Im visiting and its 2:00 pm with approx. 12 total patrons. The wifi connection is so slow here that its not even worth it to come here. Im from out of town, enjoy the food and power when needed, but wifi? Absolutely forget any chance of connecting. Will not waste my time coming here and will try another option.

Good spot to buy a small coffee and leach wi-fi with endless refills. Its one of my favorites when its raining. Bandwidth is OK but you have to use a proxy to get to some websites. Food cost a arm and leg but theres lots of clean and organic chooses. I think there adding some locally grown stuff to the menu this year as well. TRAMP NOTE: Idk if they still do this but they use to throw out that days bread after they close. Some workers are nice enough to just give you some! But dont hold your breath... A lot of times you have to get it out of the dumpster.

My boss and I were loudly reprimanded for placing their "new pagers" on our computers instead of flat on the table. After apologizing multiple times to her because we were never told otherwise. She proceeded to keep loudly telling us about how were the reason our food was delayed because they couldnt find us. She then yelled across the restaurant to tell the other panera workers where we were and about the pagers being on our computers. I found this extremely rude and embarrassing. We are here for work and for them to treat us this way was UNACCEPTABLE!

Id like to commend the employee,Chester Maney....better known as Chet, for returning my eyeglasses on Saturday. He works at the Kernersville Panera Bread location. I had searched everywhere for them as I must have my glasses to do practically everything that I do. He was so polite, well mannered, and courteous Im sure he is a real asset to your business.Thank you for hiring such nice people!

Panera Bread is one of my favorite restaurants. The bread, of course, is amazing. I love their broccoli cheddar soup especially and their Sierra Turkey sandwich so I usually order the "Pick 2" and get the soup and ½ sandwich. I like the atmosphere- lots of windows and booths. The lines can be long at lunch time but they move people through pretty quickly.

One of the best Paneras around. Layout is nice: some private space for laptop use or business meetups, some public space, lots of light in the front areas, and as always a nice casual area by a fireplace! Foods always WONDERFUL!! Service at the drink counter can be hit or miss, but the sandwich side is good! My favorite Paneras in town.

Its a Panera Bread restaurant and the food is always good. This restaurant was very clean and as expected the food was terrific. I alternate between this restaurant and the Panera Bread off Hanes Mall Blvd, depending on traffic. Panera Bread offers a wide variety of products and I love to pick up a fresh loaf of bread each time I go by.

Other than the meeting room being colder than the inside of an escamos refrigerator... this place is awesome. Had to meet up for a meeting, Internet was great, food tasty, and the staff super nice. They even have this new system which tells them what table youre at, so no more waiting for the buzzer to buzz to go get your food!

Usually only ok. Nothing standout. Several recent menu items might need rethinking. Tomato and mozzarella flatbread was very soggy with too much of some type of dressing. And turkey with grilled kale - very strange flavor combination. Also this as well as several locations look very energy and dirty.

Slow service, decent food. Hate the 99¢ pastry thing when you order a meal. Now, if you dont know what you want, you have to get a manager at the pastry register to discount it back. Before, they just printed a ticket that you took when you made up your mind. Dirty rest room.

Great food but not so great catering service. The last three orders have been either delivered incomeplete (with food missing) or late. Almost an hour late. Cannot deal with that kind of service in a coporate setting. Will be taking our business elsewhere going forward.

I didnt like when the cashier when she continuesly told me to look at the menu when I ordered. This is because she could have been nicer and told me what there was to order on the menu. I am never going back to panera bread ever again because of terrible customer service.

One of my favorite Paneras in the area. I love their fresh food, smoothies and pastries here. I recommend any dish with a Greek salad, the Chinese chicken salad, great signature sandwiches and their cookies, bagels and muffies are delicious.

I used to be leery of their sandwiches but Paneras bread had gotten a lot better recently. They have really good sandwiches and their soup is pretty good too. With free Wi-Fi, its a great place for lunch, dinner, or even meetings.

The lady taking my order wasnt even looking at me while I spoke. I had to tell her my order 3 times before she got it all. Then we waited for 20 minutes to get our food. Plenty of staff but no one was on top of it.

I love this Panera Bread. The team here are very friendly and they recognize me every time I enter. Might have to wait on a long line, but I still prefer visiting this location over the other location in Winston.

Expensive but great. Nice and soothing environment. Dont plan on using the wi-fi for more than 30 minutes, otherwise youll be out of luck. They want to keep the freeloaders away, which is a good business decision.

While its usually crowded here, Ive never had any issues finding a place to sit. Great customer service, and great tasting, and relatively healthy fast food. Definitely my go-to when I need a quick meal/snack.

Worker eating soup over behind the counter when we were waiting a long (emphasis on long) time for our dine-in food. Very unappetizing to watch someone eat right over where they are preparing your meal.
