the smoothies and items are great here but the customer service is so below par.. I came in about 45 minutes before they closed on monday 4/10 and ordered two smoothies, which were both NOT how they shouldve tasted, they werent sweet and there was something off about them. ( I usually get these two same drinks all the time) and then when I asked the young lady for a flatbread she said they werent making food anymore. I was like okay fine thats cool no problem. As she starts making my smoothies I start to see the other team member putting two flatbreads in their oven for herself.. that threw me wayyyy off because it was just plain rude and right in my face even after I asked if I could order a food item. not even going to lie these smoothies are not cheap and I never mind paying that price unless something is wrong like my last visit. Tell your team members to FOLLOW STANDARD and maybe I wouldnt have to leave such a bad review but long story short im not coming to this location anymore.

The food is really good, excellent taste, but.... Tonight Tuesday May 3rd the night shift girls really disappointed me. I called to order for pickup and was left on hold for over 18 minutes. 5 minutes into the hold I decided I might as well start driving to the location. I arrived and was still on hold. There was only ONE client in the restaurant. I walked up to the register and asked "Is there something wrong with your phone system?" The girl answered no, so I showed her my phone screen, still on hold, now for over 18 minutes... I ordered anyways and would have disregarded the whole inconvenience, as mistakes do happen, but the response was just as bad. I expected to see an urgency in fulfilling my order, but instead observed as the entire process was the same slow careless attitude, instead focusing on new customers entering the restaurant. As I said before, the food is great, but an employee who doesnt care can seriously affect a business negatively.

A friend and I went to the location on Cypress Creek and Andrews for lunch. First they served her lunch to her at our table but I had to get up from my table and go get mine even though I never asked for take out. But that was not even the worst part. To be fair the tacos taste great but there was sharp acrylic glass in it! Luckly I caught it before I swallowed or who knows, i might have ended up in the emergency room. We called for a manager and the kid who made the food came out instead. He walked up, crowded my personal space and began to lecture me on how he never put any sharp glass in the taco and dont know how it got in there. Then proceeded to ask me what should happen now, as if I worked there! DO NOT EAT AT THE PLACE, ITS DANGEROUS!

This is a Caribbean fast food place. That said- it is NOT your typical fast food! Everything is made from scratch=- and healthy! They used to have the most fabulous tacos- but their menu changes pretty frequently, so no more tacos. They have a vast option of smoothies- 24 oz. only. I have learned that you can ask to have the smoothie split into 2 cups & share with someone for those like me who cant drink 24 ozs. Gets crowded at lunch and the place is small! REally good food tho!

I go there everyday, I mean every day. Most of the staff is nice but theres one light skin thin girl who never smile and is rude. I was the only one in line waiting for a smoothie and she decided to go count her till without taking me and not even acknowledging me with a wait a second. Even the manager the black guy who is always nice says to the other staff, I dont know why she didnt take him. He also apologized. Overall great smoothie and store :)

Horrible experience. Incompetent staff. I ordered their meat substitute but there was meat on my sandwich. I was there during a lunch rush so the line was very long, but I saw a group of girls bypass the line because they had a personal relationship with one of the managers. They walked right in front of me before I could place my order. Ive worked in casual dining restaurants like this, and Ive never had such a bad experience.

horrible customer service. I called and ordered ahead 45 minutes. They did not have my order and i had to be back at work at a certain time yet they sent me to the back of the line as oppose to making up the mistake. and then my coworker bit into and taco and when it tasted funny, she spit it out only to reveal a roach. avoid this place if you want good service and good food!

Long waits and poor service! I have been there twice, and both times, I waited for over 20 minutes for simple stuff...this past time, my order came out missing like 4 of the advertised ingredients, but at that point, I was so late to return to work, that I just left with it...I later called to speak with a manager, who wasnt available, and has yet to return my call!

I honestly love this place. I go to the one at 6339 N Andrews Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 and their smoothies are amazing. I have tried all types of smoothies from places like jamba juice and others as such and none are as good as this one. Also the staff at this location is super sweet and nice. Always willing to help and accommodate your needs

The food and smoothies are good, the 1 star rating is simply for their constant failure in hand washing before handling food and the bathroom is filthy. Im curious to know if the staff uses the same bathroom as the customers. Its saddening that so many businesses fail to maintain cleanliness as the cornerstone of good customer service.

The establishment is clean and friendly. The 1 factor that impressed me the most, was that the owner was fully engaged in the making and finishing of my families meal. He isnt only an owner but a leader. Thats a semi lost quality. I would drive the minutes again to come to this place. Triple thumbs up

Went to the store this morning to buy me a smoothie I had to walk back out cause the store have water everywhere and its a very nasty smell they just need to close the store down to get the situation fix you cant sever your customers with your store looking like this

great place, very fast with delivery on smoothies & food. the staff gave me a warm welcoming along with great conversation. my favorite staff members are tiffany, samantha and most definitely silvio. they are all very great people and excellent at their jobs

Very good smoothies, and happy hour prices are great (just make sure you get there before 9:00 am). Theyre always busy, but I never wait long for my breakfast smoothie. Great staff and clean restaurant.

I love this place! The smoothies are great and the service is quick. If you order via the app you can skip the noon time rush line. Can never go wrong with a tropical smoothie!

Delicious smoothies, and I love that they have vegan chicken on the menu for their wraps. The service is pretty consistently good and quick, and the veggies are nice and fresh.
