Took about 15 minutes and was delivered cold food. It looked like my one sandwich had sat there while 3 orders behind mine stacked up. I was also disappointed to get the burger sandwich which was somehow greasy and dry; like it had been sitting in its own grease in a warmer for too long. And after waiting for an extended wait I was not given an apology for the wait but was told that they were still working on my shake. I saw them fill the other soft drinks for the other meals and then started making the shake. I was hoping to find a great local spot but instead wasted over $10 for a sandwich and drink and ended up throwing part of the sandwich.

This is the best place to find Cuban sandwiches, bar none. They make each sandwich to order, shakes as well. They also offer breakfast food, kids sandwiches, and you can make a "meal " by adding chips and a drink. Pricing is phenomenal, when you consider a sub from pretty much anywhere is going to run you $8 or more. A large Cuban is just a bit over $7, and you can order it any way youd like it. A kids sandwich is under $2! Staff is friendly, food is fantastic. Weve made this our Saturday spot.

The cuban sandwich is described as the best in town, and I wasnt disappointed. However, the Spanish soup was not as great as I expected. Chick peas and chorizo were good in it, but the soup base was oily and lacked flavor. Next time, Ill probably just get the cuban. The staff, however, was extremely nice and friendly, and the wait was minimal. She told me that they do a great call ahead business, so I would encourage you to take advantage of that.

The food was pretty good but I waited for about 25 mins. Then I went to the window and asked about my order, the girl didnt even look and said its in the press! I said OK! Then when everyone else got their food I said uummm I just want my money back! The manager was nice she refunded me and rushed me my order out correctly!!

Why wait in the forever line at Parksdale for strawberry shortcake when you go to the Strawberry Hut and get better shortcake in one-tenth of the time? Plus, they have the very best garbanzo bean soup in the whole wide world. So while youre there, do yourself a favor a order a garlic butter pressed Cuban sandwich! Fabulous!

Honestly if your a local then you already know :) But if your ever visiting Plant City you have to stop in the food isnt expensive and you get a lot for your money! And if you dont get a Cuban sandwich in your trip, vacation, or passing through then you havent experienced Florida

They have one of the best Cuban sandwiches, full of meat and tasty. The people are always nice, and because they are usually busy, many times, there is a wait to receive food. Benches are available and it is entertaining to watch all the activity while waiting for the order.

My fiance and I were told about strawberry hut by our home inspector we traveled from south lakeland and Id say it was very well worth it. There was a wait but price and quality of our food was well worth it. Very satisfied with our experience will be back for sure.

The Cuban with garbanzo bean soup was delicious. I plan on going back later this week, but Ill probably do s call ahead order. The only setback for food this fresh is it takes a little bit of time to make and when its food this good it gets a little crowded.

Customer service was horrible! Went up there twice and they still couldnt make the Cuban the way I asked. It took making four sandwiches and they STILL werent correct. Thank god Im not allergic to anything. Would not go back there for a Cuban ever again.

The best Cubans in Plant City, hands down. Friendly staff, delicious sandwiches and shakes, and decent prices. There is no indoor seating, so be prepared to endure the hot Florida summers if you plan on eating on-site.
