Unfortunately since john hired a new cook the quality has really badly gone down. We came in tonight and me, my wife, and my 2 year old all got very Ill from the food honestly if your not gonna look out for your adult customers thats all fine and dandy but dont screw with childrens food. Most likely will never go back. Unless I know for sure john himself is the one cooking. Absolutely unacceptable.

Cute and cozy diner in the heart of Spencer. They have fish on Friday and I totally suggest to stop by for some good and fresh Alaskan fish filets! The place is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Excellent place to stop at if youre traveling and crave for a quick, good and comforting meal.

Drove in for the village garage sale today saw this place and thought it would be good Eaton. Boy was I wrong bland and over cooked is only the beginning. The cook looks like hes 16 and Im pretty sure his girlfriend was my server who by the way was incredibly rude. Avoid this place period

Ordered to go over the phone. Answered "hello " wasnt even sure I had the right number. Very short and rude while taking my order. Sent my daughter to pick up. Did not get what I ordered and did not get an itemized receipt to see if I was billed correctly. Wont bother going back.

I moved in the area about two years and I just discovered what I missed out on. Great food and service. You are served plenty and the pies are delicious! If ever in the area and hungry, i recommend this restaurant. I am looking forward to my next meal.

Cant say that the guy that said go to the old ice cream shop was wrong. Seasoning your food would be a good start. Pretty disappointed with the food, and the service was medicore at best. Home style food needs too have flavor... Bland is not good.

Service is always excellent and friendly! Food selections are wonderful and there are Specials every day for every meal time. We highly recommend taking a nice ride to enjoy a delicious meal.

My wife and I live 40+ miles away and dont mind the drive for the great food and service. The fish is some of the best in Ohio. Breakfast anytime is worth the drive anytime.

The food left a lot to be desired. Prices were also much higher than I would have expected for lunch. $14.99 is not a good price for a chicken parm lunch special.
