I live in Florida but my hometown is Grafton, Ohio. I was in Grafton this week for a visit and I ate at the Unicorn twice. The first night was with a group of 3 old friends....we sat in the pub area, I believe. Although the place was packed, the service was incredible and the food was divine. (Corned beef and cabbage). The second night - the Unicorn was gracious enough to host our Midview High School choir dinner reunion.....30ish people. I know we were not the easiest group to deal with as no one was staying in their seats because we were all so excited to see each other! The staff was so patient with us.....we all had separate checks which I know is not an easy task for the servers.....the entire experience was amazing! The servers were not only wonderfully friendly, prompt and accommodating,,,,,the atmosphere was perfect and the food was, again, out of this world. THANK YOU to the manager Kevin and all of your staff for making our reunion such a beautiful, perfect night! We will definitely be back!

The Unicorn is a well established business in Grafton, Ohio. The staff and management are outstanding. The food selection has an Irish lead (as does the decor) but it is quite eclectic with fantastic steak cuts and lobster / crab / daily specials that are very tempting.. and the Blackened Chicken Fettucini Alfredo is very good too. My personal favorite is Irish Whiskey Peppercorn Filet also known as Gaelic Steak. That is definitely a treat! Another favorite, my wifes personal favorite, is Seafood Saint Jocue (sp)... but they havent had this in quite a while and it is only a special. The bar service is everything from a draft pour to complex drinks. I highly recommend the dirty martinis with stuffed olives. Just thinking about what I typed is making my mouth water.

As we were walking in we noticed how nice the place is inside. The ambiance was very nice! We were seated right away. Our waitress was a lovely lady named Traci! We both had the t-bone. They were cooked absolutely perfect! All of our food was excellent. We just suffered a terrible loss of a loved one in a bad car accident n it was a relief to just sit somewhere n have a great meal n not think for a lil bit. Traci really was an understanding n wonderful waitress. I wish more restaurants had food like the Unicorn n had waitresses like Traci.

I have visited a few times and each time gets progressively worse. To start off with the interior seems very dated. I get that its supposed to be the "look" but in referring to more of the furniture, booths, and its so dark in there. The food years ago was much higher quality. Steak was very chewy is the best way to put it. Probably be back not to many choices in our small town.

I just want to thank The Unicorn for the wonderful service and fantastic food that they provided at the Midview High School Choir Alumni dinner. Everyone had a wonderful time, and I appreciate all the planning that had to go into planning for the 30+ separate checks and all of the people ordering off the menu. Job well done!

Went their last night with family. Years ago this used to be the place to go. Not sure if theres a different meat supplier but it was pretty bad. Beyond well done on my steak. Wifes steak had lots of fat, and no it wasnt a ribeye. The interior is very dated. Like no change in 20 years. Just felt like a let down.

A wonderful "home cooked" meal with different specials every evening served by a caring and enjoyable staff either at the full bar or in the resturant. Our favorites are Special Chili, Ribs and the Irish Chicken dishes. The desserts are a great ending while they last. We always look forward to going back.

Everybody says they have Lake Erie Perch. I was skeptical for the price that this was Lake Erie Perch and not "Lake Perch". Yes there is a difference. These were far to big to be Lake Erie Perch so I asked. The server confessed but said they are still excellent. This is unacceptable. I wont be back.

Great home cooked style food. Pub atmosphere is very interesting too. Great staff - good looking hostesss (keep that up!). Their nightly specials are definitely awesome. Make sure you know ahead of time what they are serving that night and that you get there in time for it. It will be worth it!

Pretty good place. Really dark inside. I know they are going for the dark pub look but a little more light. Food was pretty good. Portions were small however. Service was excellent. Did hear someone yelling from the back however.

Was going through the area thought I would give this place a chance. Best meal I had in a long time. Food was spot on service was fantastic and the decor was wa and inviting. Most defiantly the best clam chowder Ive ever ate.

We heard a lot of good talk about this place, so we hosted a group of out-of-town guests. It was dark, outdated, and the food was disappointing. Staff was very attentive and friendly though.
