My coworkers and I have been giving repeated business to this Ice Cream Club and each time we are disappointed. We have been disrespected, not payed attention to, we have had our orders wrong and also been charged for the wrong items and charged multiple shakes on the wrong debit card. There are always issues for paying with card; After asking for a refund, the man, who seems to be the owner, said there were no refunds AND the woman, who seems to be the co-owner, refused my coworker a smoothie after having already been charged. After multiple chances and visits we give them the benefit of the doubt and never have our needs met. Ice Cream is good, thats what keeps us coming back, but service is subpar and needs a lot of help to keep returning customers back.

A little expensive but great tasting ice cream. Family oriented place. The owner is there serving you from open to close. Nice big scoops of ice cream. I always get a scoop of the toasted coconut and a scoop of the pistachio on a chocolate dipped cone. The owner is very patient, kind, and always happy to serve.

Went just a couple weeks ago and meant to leave a comment sooner. This place was so relaxing, only one guy working with a line of people and he wasnt rushing anyone out the door. Was actually trying to have a nice conversation with us and make sure were happy with our order. Well definitely be back

My friends and I found this beautifully decorated ice cream shop by accident, to which we were not disappointed. They had a really good selection of flavors and the associate was more than happy to assist us. Overall, the customer service was excellent!!!

I am not much of an ice cream person, but this place is heavenly. The owner is so kind, he always remembers me and my family, and the Snickers ice cream is too good for words. Definitely one of my favorite places!
