Baskin Robins 1401 S E Village Green 34952.7:10 p m 5/11/2016. Not one customer, we ordered 2 hot fudge sundays on vanilla ice cream.sorry no hot fudge, knowing that and having done nothing about it. ok we will take chocolate syrup instead. we have hot caramel.. she was not properly trained at all came from the doughnut section and asked what kind of ice cream 3 times and was gone searching for sunday cups. after 10 minutes we got a hot caramel and a 1/2 spoon of hard fudge sundays.there also was only only a single male employee visible. A second customer came in and we three had to wipe the tables off ourselves remarking how filthy the glass door and windows were. Flies far outnumbered persons inside. We live 5 minutes away in a senior development of 3500 persons and restaurant reports are rampant . one star for a good carmel sunday. ken broseman PSL FL. 34952

You have to watch it on the ice cream side. They are more concerned with drive through and d d side. I have since gone through the drive up so Im not ignored.

It was horribly unsanitary with ignorance teaching the clueless... I had never thought Id find an ice cream place struggle on how to serve ice cream.
