Love this place. Just had to check it out when we realized the ice cream is made when you order it! Not scooped, but made! I play with liquid nitrogen at work all the time. Well, okay, I work with it. I keep things seriously frozen much colder than ice could ever do obviously. But that being said, people in the culinary world have been doing this for decades. So why not market on it. I had to get the weird combination just because. I liked it but my boyfriend would say to eliminate one mix in or the other. I got dulce de leche with chocolate chips, strawberries, and marshmallow fluff on top. Originally I tried to order without chocolate chips with fudge, but the gloopy toppings couldnt fit the cup and so they had to remake it. So I opted for a safer chocolate chip version. Love the fluff! If you like a nutter butter, youd love this somehow with peanut butter. My party also ALL got magic shell; on with a combo of nutella ice cream and bananas, another with strawberry ice cream and bananas; and the other was mint ice cream with chocolate chips on top of a brownie. I think next time Ill ask if they can swirl fudge in. Since two wet toppings on top dont seem to fit the cup size AND the chocolate ships get super hard from the cold. It bothered my teeth a little, but to be fair Ive had some decent dental work. All in all, awesome and cant wait to go back. A little pricey at $5 + 0.75 per add in or topping, but delicious. Oh and for the record, my party said that they loved the magic shell. I tried some, didnt like it. But I dont like the waxy feel of regular magic shell and dont like the oil based stuff they use in it either. Oh, and like other Yelpers have said ... Fear not the line! It moves fast!

So Sunday night 8.30 pm, the place is packed; truly it took 30 mins from walking in to eating our ice cream. Yes; you read correct, thirty minutes . . . BUT the place was packed, in fact the 40 people inside were probably putting out so much body heat the liquid nitrogen was not cold enough to be efficient. Truly, think about it, where else can you get served in a mega packed place with a custom order in 30 minutes ? Maybe you would choose to compare Phenomenom to Burger King; that is like comparing the boy scouts to the Marine corp. This icecream was truly different, open disclosure time I am on the Dark Side of 50 so what it takes to keep teeny boppers and wanta-be trust fund babies happy is beyond my common sense BUT . . . Seriously this was awesome ice cream ! ! ! ! !

I was at chipolte and walked in just to check it out. I saw these cookies that looked amazing so i told myself i would try them next time. FInally i got the cookies and OMG the best cookies Ive ever had! Odd for an ice cream shop right. My next trip there was for more cookies, man oh man. I thought they can open a bakery and just sell those cookies. My 3rd trip i finally got ice cream and the ice cream was great! Service was great. I even got the option to have my ice cream a little softer than usual since I asked if they could not freeze it as long and they obliged. Great food + great service = great experience!

Great ice cream place to go and relax and try something new. I was waiting for this place to open up and I finally go to try it today. It was busy but we didnt wait more than 5 mins. Great choices and toppings. And really cool to see the Nitrogen flowing in front of you. The ice cream really was creamier than the usual ice cream thanx to the nitrogen and the ice cream is also really sweet. I got chocolate with brownie and it was delicious. Def going back.

Best nitro ice cream in town. Lots of flavors and toppings. They have a new key lime flavor. They also have monster cookies. They are $5 bucks each but so worth it. I can only eat half because they are so sweat and gooey. They have a bottled water dispenser so dont worry about buying a bottle. Line is usually long but goes fast. Staff is great and very friendly!

As of now, this is my favorite ice cream place! The way they make your ice cream is very unique and interesting, and it tastes so much better and creamier. I would definitely visit this place again and would recommend this place to everyone and for those that want a newer, better taste than the usual traditional ice cream.

Definitely feels creamier than traditional ice cream. Its really dense and quite tasty. That said, the Nutella flavor was so intensely sweet that it upset my stomach a bit after finishing the whole cup! Though I suppose that means I liked it also!

The first time I went, I thought the whole nitrogen thing was a gimmick, but I was wrong. It really does make for the smoothest ice cream Ive ever had. And the fact that they make it on the spot is neat and fun to watch.

Cool and fun way to make ice cream! The friendly and helpful staff helped me decide on Nutella ice cream with Oreo, which was an amazing combination. The ice cream comes out smooth and creamy! Bring the whole family!

Went in to get a cookie and because the register is shut down Basic Math Skills go out the front door. Lock your doors if your not willing to accept cash for an already set menu priced item. Disappointed

Great ice cream... not that cheap. $5 for the bowl which is cheaper at other nitrogen ice cream shops Ive been to. But for the quality I would gladly pay that price again. Nutella was so smooth!
