Do not go here if youre pressed for time !!Wanted to pick up a couple lattes on the way to a concert tonight and was on a time crunch. Took 30 minutes to make 2 lattes, not because they were busy but because the woman making the lattes grabbed the cups out of order causing 5 people who ordered after me to get their orders before me. I mentioned that to the woman and she proceeded to make other coffees for 2 more customers that ordered after me before making mine without even apologizing for the wait. Terrible customer service. Im not a complainer, I literally made a Google log in to write a review because of this. I will now go out of my way to go to another coffee shop then to go to this one.

I agree with the other posts and I must say, for a morning rush, they are not equipped to handle the traffic. I was there this morning and had to come out of the drive thru line because it was ridiculously long for NOOOOO reason! There were only 2 people inside and about 15 cars in the drive thru. They literally were taking 1 order every 10 minutes. They need to do better, consumers have to go to work and get kids off to school. No reason we should be stressed out in the morning over a cup of Joe. And FYI, I gave myself an extra 30 minute window and they took up that whole time and I didnt even get to the window to place my order, go figure!

I love Starbucks. So far I have great experiences at all the Starbucks I have visited except for this one. Unfortunately, this one is the closest from where I reside. I always have a horrible experience with a coffee I order every weekend from this location. The coffee always taste nasty and most of the time they have to remake it. I explain to the staff at the drive thru I stop at this location every weekend with the same order and my coffee is never prepared correctly. Starbucks is not known to have such a horrible service like this location. I hope the owner of this location read this review and correct this matter.

Typically a busy location, I dont frequent this location often. I did not gig them for this as a busy location means a successful business. I was impressed that the Baristas remember my signature drink - a "Bills Morning Start" - a six-shot Venti, four-pump Vanilla, one-pump Mocha, extra-fat, extra-hot, upside down latte. Free wi-fi, although slow at time, but who can complain with free. Coffee and service is consistently good. This location does have a drive-thru for those on the run. /s/ William E. I absolutely love Starbucks and drink Starbucks every day, but the staff at this location is terrible. The wait even on the drive thru is ridiculous. Ive ordered on the "faster" app only to arrive at the location to see my order hasnt even been started. The staff closes the store an hour or two before the actual close time. They gotten my order wrong a few time or havent even bothered to put the syrup in the drink. Its nauseantingly slow, Im talking an hour long wait at a drive thru.

Waited over 20 minutes for my shaken iced tea. The cashier didnt even know how to enter in a regular order let alone add a croissant from the bakery. There were five staff members just making drinks and each took so long because they were so distracted. Ridiculous. Its like they hired oversized kindergartners. This is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Dont go here. End of story. Drive thru is also hopeless.

After waiting it over in three minutes for the drive thru window to open the attendant didnt even complete the transaction to take my payment. What made the experience worse is an employee who was smoking walked inside and within ten-fifteen seconds put on gloves. Then he held a broom, machine parts and then proceeded to make someones drink...same glove...unsanitary. I definitely will never be back there

Beyond freaking incompetent. I went to this drive thru twice in one day (12/26/2016) and both times they couldnt understand the basic request WITH WHIP CREAM INCLUDED. Like how freaking difficult is that? Its a not science. A patron asks for whip cream, provide them with whip cream. If I could give negative stars, I would. The store wasnt even busy. There is no excuse for that level of incompetence.

I have to say I really like coming to this Starbucks. Ill admit I was a Dunkin guy before. But the staff is always very welcoming. They know me by name and know my drink (I guess that makes me a regular). It does get a little crowded and a little loud and sometime the volume of the music is a little on the high side but nonetheless I would prefer to come to this Starbucks over any other in the area.

The worst Starbucks experience of my life. Drive thru wait time was 10 mins before I decided to go inside. Then I waited another 15 mins for my vanilla bean. The family behind me received their order before me. No one was paying attention to the line not even the manager. Starbucks is normally fast. You guys need to do better.

Silvia was amazing. I wanted to do something special for my classmates so i decided to treat them to some amazing frapprocinos and she helped me throughout the process. Everyone enjoyed their drinks. Thanks to the guy with the dark hair that helped me carry the drinks to my car (didnt get his name). Happy customer here !!!

I love Starbucks but I hate this location. The location itself is awkward and poorly equipped to handle traffic, the service is horribly slow, and you have to go back more than once for the poorly trained barista to make your drink properly. This is the closest one to me so thats the only reason I go to this one.

Yaasss! Love this starbucks. Its the closest one to me and they get you in and out at a good speed. Sometimes the traffic for the drive thru backs up into the street (i would avoid drive thru in the morning) but its hardly their fault, the idea for the drive thru just wasnt thought through enough.

Service was terrible. Ordered 2 croissants and 2 egg bites and they took more than 10min. I asked about my food and instead of checking their response was "its coming ". Had to get a refund and the people couldnt care less. This was the first I experienced this type of service from a Starbucks.

The cashier Holly, very nasty, disgusting additude she thinks speed is more important then customers I guess I didnt answer fast enough. After ask her for the manager she was so nice after... very disgusting, if a customer orders for an hour to order thats just how it is... deal with it.

The coffee is fast and drive though moves fast At night 2 stars !!!!! If you go at night for a red or white wine good luck if you sit outside ! They will never find your number and it will take 12 mins to pore a glass of wine out of a bottle and bring it
