Been going here every single day for 3 months through drive thru . For the last 2 weeks have had the worst customer service and I mean worst I hardly ever give a bad review unless well deserved they always screw up the order somehow. Caramel Ribbon crunch is all I get and they never get it right or dont ever have the dark caramel in stock and subsistute it with caramel drizzle and never tell you Asked for extra caramel 2days ago well Brittany the so called manager stated we cant give you extra caramel we dont have enough for other customers put mocha in to make it taste like dark caramel and gave me only 1 drink when I ordered 2 in drive thru; 3rd time this has happened they repeat proper order amount of 2 and then only get 1 and then look at me cross eyed like no one knows whats going on . ...I called corporate after Brittany treated me like Im a 2nd class customer how can you tell a paying customer he cant have extra caramel that there isnt enough for the rest of the customers??? Mark this place off your list management is lousy and after addressing issues with Kathy for a 4th time I realize they just dont care!!!!! Honest rant over. Starbucks on Pine Island and Sunrise blows them away or 13th by Ikea. Get your act together Brittany and Kathy!!!!!! Update 7-25-15 Miguel the district manager is worse doesnt return phone calls left 3 voicemails really shows what kind of people they have managing this place........

Do not come here if you value punctuality and customer service. This morning they were running late to open. I did not know if it was an issue with their drive through speaker or what not so I pulled forward to order. Two people, and older white male and black young female were rushing around to set up everthing. I sat there and waited patiently. They opened the door and started to serve the customers. I sat in my car patiently. The young lady put her headset on, 5 feet from the window I was sitting at, and began to take orders of the cars behind me. She then walked away. I sat their patiently. A few mins later, she came back, as the cars started to pile up behind me, opened the window, never looking up to greet me or apologize for the wait, and mumbled something. I said "Im sorry but I havent ordered yet" she looked straight at me and said, with a tilted head and pursed lips, "I know. Your order?" as she waved her hand in a circle as to signal to me to hurry up. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I told her to have a nice day and drove away. For her to think that her time is more valuable than mine is absurd. She should not work in a service job. I didnt want one cent if my money to pay for her wedges. I will call to complain to her manager later.

If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. Its by far the WORST Starbucks Ive ever been to and the ONLY reason I go to this one is because its so close to my house. Such a shame. They constantly get orders wrong, the employees are never efficient and they have tried on several occasions to charge me a macchiato when I asked for a doppio with a splash of milk... the employees are clearly not trained enough and knowledgeable enough to know the difference amongst other things that Ive had to argue with them about. Im not one who usually complains and Im extremely patient but corporate needs to know whats going on with this location. Ive started writing numerous emails to management but never finished until today when I visited this location and have reached my breaking point.

Every single time I go here in never offered a receipt nor a carrier tray. Which is unbelievable since I usually order more than two drinks. Im always greeted with such a pompous attitude, as if the employees think their better than me. I could care less about attitudes from people in customer service, except for the fact that Starbucks supposedly prides themselves on making sure their customers are satisfied & happy. Im only happy to leave with the small amount of caffeine I paid an arm& a leg for. The false advertising & aggresive attitudes/ vibes swarming this location, is depressing. I wish the employees would take more breaks or customer service seminars. They need help at this location drastically!!

I am convinced they have new people working here every week. Every time (more than half of the times) I order a "Caramel Macchiato" I get a drink that has NO caramel ! If I wanted bitter coffee, I would order a "Black Coffee"! Today is the last day I will go to this location, I will just have to stop being lazy and go to the one on Griffin. I literally went back one day because I ordered a $$Venti$$ and it was disgusting! I am over it.

This Starbucks cant make a standard drink to save their lives. Their quality control is terrible! There are guide lines on the cup to tell them how much of each ingredient and they still cant make a consistent drink. Every time I go through the drive through I inevitably have to go in and have someone remake my drink and they still cant follow the guidelines on the cup with me watching!

Theres always flies flying around this Starbucks and the tables are always taken due to its proximity to schools. However it has a drive through so it makes getting coffee fast and easy. The staff also seems to know what theyre doing most of the time; I havent had any problems with my orders. And it serves alcohol for those who needs it.

My favorite starbucks in the whole area and ive been to them all! Wonderful baristas always ready to serve and make your favorite drink.Fast and great attitudes by everyone My hats off to the manager and entire staff. I feel like im at Cheers where everyone knows your name.

Wasnt very impressed with the cleanliness the quality the coffee was OK there was just flies around inside it just befuddled me why nobody was doing anything about it otherwise Starbucks is an excellent brand with quality coffee so maybe it was just a fluke

close to house very nice but i dont know how to describe their service but bad, slow, and girls are confused sometimes overall good location but expect hassles as I have seen many other customer complaints while present inside (several occasions)

Have been here many times and service and drinks have always been good. Last few times I saw over-flowing trash cans as you enter location. They may need another person on staff to help clean up the area for people who come in to pickup.

Love my Starbucks. I get my venti cold brew with an add shot, classic syrup, half and half, caramel drizzle...pupacino for my Ginger Doodle and a glass of water (for Ginger) and they know it and at times, its ready before Im even in line!

This Starbucks actually knows what a Pokemon go frap is, which I applaud them for since most dont even though its their sponsored item. Although, this place lacks comfort because the seats and tables here are small and cramped.

Went here once. The drink was good. The wait was not bad, even on the weekend. The drive through looked like it was really backed up, but I was a walk in. I liked the seating arrangement at this location the most.
