This specific Starbucks is the worst one Ive ever been served. In order of dislike: 1. Not clean...sticky chairs, tables, and visible handprints across the cupboards 2. Time to serve...Im sure this must be a KPI metric, but the employees likely dont care 3. Too small...not enough space for a line to form and not enough seating 4. Staff courteousness...double whammy: a) a line of 4 people, and 1 guy making drinks while 3 other employees are sitting/commiserating (not sure if they were on a break, but REALLY!!) b) No "hello", "how is your day going"... more like "Ill be with you in a sec" (as he tries walks painfully slow to hand the 1 guy making the beverages the cups from the prior customer.) Go to the one on Indian Trace...cleaner, friendlier, and more mature staff.

My wife and I frequently visit Starbucks (in general) and have mostly gotten used to the transient attitude from the staff at *some* Starbucks locations. Weve lived and worked in the area of this particular Starbucks for the last two years and have visited this one on occasion (very reluctantly). After yesterdays visit: Ive had enough. The staff is rude and arrogant. At least one of them wore their uniform shirt with an unprofessional "popped collar" look, and had that air of "Ive got someplace else to be" while condescendingly looking us up and down as we placed our order.

I just got a drink from this Starbucks it was horrible. I ordered a Venti Caramel Brulee and it was horrible tasting. Even though i just got it i had to throw it out at the refuse outside the store it was so bad. They made my drink and allowed it to sit getting cold without telling me it wae done while the got the rest if ny order. It was such a bad experience i felt compelled to stop and write a review of this horrible experience. Do not go to this Starbucks the one on Indian Trace is so much better and friendlier.

surprised to see the poor reviews. today was the last day for the birthday cake frap and i went in there pretty late and the guy was still very excited to make it for me. They are always consistent with their coffee especially their white mochas.. some make it too sweet. They are all friendly and even at peak times they handle the crowd pretty well.

No service. I bought drinks and a Panini, I requested for the sandwich to be heated but this guy refused saying the oven is already off, it was only 8:00 pm then and the shop closes at 10:00 pm. Rude and arrogant. It seems like this crew hates his job. Id go to Starbucks Indian Trace or the one in Weston Rd.from now on.

I always have a bad experience as a customer at this location. The employees working at night are very rude and show negative attitude when attempting to buy a drink at night. Very disappointing. I like to drink a coffee at night.

A shining star in the black hole that is the Weston Town Center, this Starbucks is my safe haven during childrens doctor appointments and the wifes shopping. The staff is always courteous. They make a mean caramel macchiato.

This is a dirty Starbucks. The tables are sticky and there is graffiti on the walls. The staff is inattentive, and there were grounds in the bottom of my cup. Overall this is very poor for a Starbucks.
