today I visited this location (as I have many times before) and they were quite busy. the service took a long time (I was there around 20 mins for takeout) and I realized quickly that at first, only one employee was visible. others eventually appeared but this one employee, Stephen, was amazingly helpful and was doing his best in a bad situation. he could have easily been short, stressed, etc, but he wasnt. he remained pleasant and helpful among even though he was clearly having a bad day. instead of remembering a long wait, what now stands out is this employees great attitude.

This is NOT one of the nicer Einstein locations...Young people working there that have NO clue of a courteous, customer first attitude. Walked in one day to be told they were closed....while spanish girl typing on her cell phone behind the counter...and door was NOT locked...and even after I left, they did not lock the door...she was still on her cell phone....she claimed she was the manager...if so....EINSTEIN clearly doesnt care WHO they choose as manager. I wont go to this location anymore and will advise others too.

The bagels are great. The service is excellent and its location makes it a great place to stop. Management at this store is a very one sided affair. It fails to hire and maintain whites which provide approximately 50 percent of its business. Great bagels for a store that remains challenged over its hiring practices.

Just horrible!! Bad customer service and employees are not pleasant at all. Asked for a protein bagel and they only had one by the time I finally got to pay they told me they dont have any as mines was already sold to someone else. I left without buying anything and will never come back to this Eistein again!!

I suggest you choose another place. I ordered 2 sand which bagels and even reminded them as their making the bagel whats on it. Of course both sandwiches were not made right so I had to wait again for them to make new ones with no complementary nothing to make them look more professional. Worst employees.

I just went to pick up some fresh bagel and despite the bad reviews i read i went hoping for the best and im so glad i did,the service is great fast and the girl was very patience with me telling me the specials they have and all,go on monday when they have 13 bagel for 6.00.definitely going back

So slow!!! They had 3 people working on Saturday morning when they need 8. Hard to find a place to sit. Coffee always empty. Order here pay here system doesnt work well here. People here look like they hate their job. This is the last time I came here!!!

Great bagels. Thats all. Absolutely no customer service. No hello, no thank you, no have a nice day, no smile. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. There are plenty of other bagel places in the area. Ill go to the others.

All employees were women bickering unprofessionally about something. Rude and unwelcoming service. One employee sitting in back talking on cell phone. Very unpleasant experience and will not be returning here again.
