The Union of Progress to help combat regression
Like on my previous reviews, Im not rating this on the food quality and prices, but only on the service. My gooshhh I love this place, the selections are amazing, the prices are even more amazing, they pretty much have an all around selection on their menus, huge variety of sauces as well, never seen something like this, also drinks are great at super great prices, this place has so much potential but of course here we go, the service completely sucks, waited 15 minutes before getting up and waving down the manager to have a waiter take my order, then the waitress was pissed and told the manager thats not my section, but forced her to take our order anyways, completely unprofessional, waited 45 minutes for the entrée to then come out and say that they ran out of yellow curry rice, unbelievable, canceled my order lost my appetite, The entire staff including managers need to pull themselves together or they will run this into the ground, where is the district/regional corporate executives they need to micro manage this place for the time being until they get the right staff.

The service here sucks. It took 35 minutes for them to cook 15 chicken wings. I couldnt wait I wasted my whole lunch break and didnt even get to eat my wings I had to tell the manager no thank you Ill just pay for my drink and he said okay and I walked out. Horrible service im never coming to this place again. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one. Everyone here at my company would go eat there, now Noone is going there. I would make sure everyone knows what kind of service they give. Also the worst part was that the place was empty,there was only 2 customers.

Worst place ever, First time I write a negative review on restaurants, have been waiting for our food for 2 hours, server had no clue about what they have in the menu, I order chicken wings.. 30 min later comes to tell me they dont have chicken wings, we order mahi and shrimp rice, server shows up 1 hour later with a plate of mahi and rice.... guess what? Restaurant had no shrimps and server had no clue. Dont Waste your time, I rather go to any other sports bar than coming back to this place.

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Roach on the table and manager tried to convince me that it was a frog like thats any better. Not to mention, the food tasted horrible. Then we demanded to receive a beneficial discount, the manager acted very unprofessional and told us that there is nothing he can do and if my guests and I dont want to come back then we dont have to. I will never eat at this establishment again and I dont suggest it to anyone else eat here as well.

We celebrated my husbands 40th Birthday in July 2016 at the outside bar. They had a DJ playing music which made the night very enjoyable for us and our guests. Weve been coming here since it opened and we have seen a steady decline, as evident in the reviews here on Yelp. We are writing this review with the hopes that they will get their things back in order. Its a great place to eat, drink and be merry and we want it to be good again.

Although the other night was very dead, drinks and the appetizer took forever. I jokingly said the food was going to come along with the appetizers and it did. after having a long dull night I decided to stay for some drinks. The first order was slow but then got quicker as we continued, luckily. They also forgot to give us a side order that we placed. for being so dead I dont understand why service was not better.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I was put on hold for 11 minutes and the food was awful. Chicken was covered in feathers (at least 7 piece of hair on one single wing). I received regular fries instead of garlic fries. My food wasnt ready even after being told twenty minutes. They didnt have tops for their to go cups. It looked like one person (Angie) was working even though you can visible see 4 people. Need new management.

Worst service ever.... order our drinks while eating our dinner, we finished our food and still no drinks. When I asked the waiter( Joey)for our drinks he just said sorry they are taking just long. When I asked Joey for the manager he just laughed and I asked him what was funny he said " I dont know where the manager is, we never know where he is". Bad customer service.

Took us awhile to decide to come for a visit, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was tasty and fresh. The wings had a good crisp and were flavorful. The garlic and parmesan broccoli.was very good. As were the garlic and parmesan fries, although they were a bit cold when we go them. The food was good the service is good, all in all that think well be back.

Sadly, the new management is terrible. They bring in and advertise new ideas, such as DJ and ladies night, and then with no warning take things away. There is not enough staff and the few they have are treated terribly. I wouldnt be surprised if the place closed down. So many locals would be faithful customers, if they made some changes.

This over passing my spectations with the chicken wings... First the attention by the beauty "Angie" and then, the service and the flavors.... AMAZiNG!!! The ambience, the music, the multiple screens playing different pro games... So fantastic! Thank you guys for the experience, for sure Ill try back soon!

Food was excellent. Waitress left without completing my wifes order, so I got food, but she didnt. She had already picked her food earlier while I was still deciding. She implied it was my wifes fault. Why would a waitress turn in an order thats not finished?

Worst service ever! Food order all wrong and food tasted horrible! To think we came on Fathers Day. So disappointed by the food and service! You cant have a manger as a cook and waiter and bartender and you cant have waitresses that have no clue where they are.

Worst takeout service ever! Only started order after I arrived! With no one there they got the order wrong! Rude management. Avoid, an excellent Hooters 1mile away. Had my order ready after I had to return bad order! Also Hooters is less expensive.

Had the fish and chips. The piece of fish was large and meaty not all batter. It was North Atlantic haddock not to bad. The fries were good and the steamed broccoli with parmesan was very good. The meal was around 12 bucks and was filling.

Wish I could give them no stars waited an hour never got seated or anything they were under staffed and didnt even have a host to help people or sit them on top of that their line was out the door WILL NEVER BE BACK !!!!!

I personally spoke to the chef and they admitted to not seasoning any of their meat and it even cooking it fully they cook enough just for the outside to look good terrible place and service with jailbirds for waitresses
