We are literally pulling out of the parking lot now. Shelby was our server. Some of the worst service we have ever gotten. She never introduced herself, first of all, and we barely saw her the entire meal. Service was very slow... And we waited at least 7 minutes just for her to take our card to pay. We couldnt leave fast enough. Not to mention that there were at least 3 workers just hanging out at the hostess station the entire time. Now to the food: we ordered stuffed baked clams for an appetizer. Could not find any clam meat whatsoever. Way too much breading. And was bland. I ordered the Lobster BLT which was 17$ way overpriced. The lobster was overcooked, and had no flavor. No salt or pepper. The avocado was brown and there was no corn aoli as promised on the menu. My husband ordered the fish fry. It was oily, the potato salad had no seasoning on it and the cole slaw was full of raw onions. Will never return. Way overpriced and service was terrible. Not to mention that someone on the outside deck on the restaurant was smoking a cigarette and no one said anything.

Lets start with the positives. The atmosphere is very nice they did a nice job cleaning up the inside. Most of us liked our food even though it was a bit pricey and the shrimp sandwich was slightly under seasoned and dry. The wine served in a stemless wineglass and filled maybe a 1/4 of the way. OVERPRICED at $6 for what we received. On to the service it was slow and a little lax, they were not busy. The topper was a table of 4 was seated a while after us and received their food before us. It also became apparent they were friends with the owner/mgr. That said we have friends coming into town later in June and we will be going to the Remington. May give Dockside a shot again down the road, maybe.

Ordered a fish fry it came out cold... that wasnt even the worst part of the expierence. The two people i was with got their food 10 mins before I got my cold fish fry which had fries that I did not want, which were also stone cold. We ordered tater tots as an appetizer. It came out after the other two people got their entrées but at least before my terrible fish fry so I had something to eat, but were also cold! Our waiter clearly knew all of the resturant`s or his mistakes but made no move to make any part of the experience better. Other than the nice weather today and being able to sit outside.... there is no reason to ever come here. If I could give zero stars I would.

From a one to five, based on our waitress! Maybe a "ONE"!! I ordered a broiled fish fry, paying extra for a tossed salad & taking away the potato salad. My fish fry came with no fries! I asked for them & waitress said they pit potato salad on the plate. I replied that I didnt want that, Ib see would like fries! Well waitress never came back! Then we asked for our check!! After asking 4 times, my sister finally went up & told them to give us our check!! So the food maybe a 1 & service maybe a one! Will not be going back! There are too many restaurants to choose from, to get this kind of service!

My family, a party of 7 adults walked over from the concert Wednesday night to have a few drinks and a little food. We figured since it was a bar it would be open later and the time was only 10:15. When we walked in no one greeted us, then when we went to a table we were told only the bar was open. We sat for 10 minutes thinking someone would offer us a menu. No one ever approached us. My husband works around the corner from the restaurant so I wanted to experience the new place with my out of town family. Will never go back again!

We went with 9 people, I ordered the fish tacos. They were horrible, no taste, sent them back. Was told I had eaten too much, ate one and realized how awful they were, waitress did not apologize, manager would not take them off the bill. Food took one hour to arrive, I had to go to bar to get kids water. The bun of the one childs hot dog was as hard as a rock. Blue cheese was watered down for wings. Just expected a lot more. Last time we went, food was ok but took forever. Not going back.

Went for the first time last night. A bunch of friends saying it was good. Location and atmosphere were nice. However, for the food I cannot say the same. My girlfriend ordered chicken fingers which did not have any flavor what so ever but with the taste of old frying oil. I ordered the NY Strip with twice baked potato and asparagus. My whole meal was COLD and dry. How does a steak and potato entree come to you cold and dry? If I end up going again, I will be there for a drink only.

First of all tried for 2 days to make reservations. Should have given up. It was a special lunch for 8 and you cant sit outside if you have more than 7. After we were seated we were asked to move so a group of 4 could be seated even though there eere empty tables. Most of us ordered the fish fry. Dont do it. The fish still had skin on and had now flavour. Several ordered the special barbeque sandwich and were disappointed. My advice is to pick another restaurant in the Tonawandas.

Ate here on 4th of July, it was busy but not ridiculous. Food was good. Service from "Jen" was horrible. The only time we saw the waitress was when we ordered. Had to ask other servers and even the hostess for refills and even for the bill. Pretty sad when I have to go up to the hostess and ask for the bill. Couldve ate and been gone in 30 mins, but terrible service made it an hour. I would eat there again but not if I had the same server.

Nice view and ambiance, and the service was good. Terrible food. The stinger sub my husband had was made with roast beef, not strip steak like advertised on the menu. My sweet potato fries were underdone and unseasoned, and the honey was very thin like it was diluted. The asparagus was just thrown on the grill without seasoning. Over all the food we had was pretty bland.

Never had been to this part of greater Buffalo before. Wanted to have a night out with my wife and do some shopping in the little town then went to dinner at Dockside. Place is very nice, food was good. We had the Haddock Fish fry and also broiled fish dinner. Both were very good. Service was fine and prices were in line with any restaurant. Would recommend to others.
