Just like the other poster, I usually dont give bad reviews, but something has to give! I have lived in Ridgemoor for 13 years and this location has frequently been a hit or miss, however the last couple of months my drink orders are a total miss. The wait in drive thru has been horrible, as well. Im not talking 5 or 10 minutes, I mean 15 - 20 minutes. Isnt it suppose to be faster to go thru a drive thru? Not at this location and half the time workers are just standing around talking to each other with no customers inside, so there isnt a good reason for the poor service. I feel like the Baristas are just guessing how to make the drinks. My last drink I threw out when I got home. Not even worth going back to a place that cant get it right over and over again. Paying almost $6 and not getting what you ordered is not acceptable. From now on Ill drive to the one on hwy 19 and Curlew for my drinks. When is someone going to take note and do something about this location? Ill be calling the corporate office on Monday and I suggest that to all the customers who are not happy. I really hate writing bad reviews, but this is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. I waited in the drive thru for 35 min ( i was stuck due to an concrete median), and then my drink wasnt even ready! I then went inside and the cashier who waited on me had no explaination as to why the wait was so long. I wouldve been more understanding if inside the busy too, but it was nearly empty. Needless to say I left with no drink, and I wasted nearly 40 min. Terrible customer service- plain and simple.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, often getting to getting to know their customers on a first name basis. Service is excellent: they always get the order right. Ambience is subdued/relaxing. A great getaway for any reason especially if WiFi is needed. Aside from the large noisy groups who love to meet there (cant blame them!), its a great place to do business!!

Worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Not only are the older women in the morning the grumpiest ladies Ive come across in a long time but after getting my drink order wrong 5 times in a row I am done. I go out of my way to go to a different Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks ever. Staff is super rude, coffee tasted burnt and they wouldnt split a frap for my 6 and 8 yr old (I know its a weird request but Ive never had an issue ordering it in Chesapeake,va or in Jacksonville, FL)... Mad mama
