This place is a joke there is one hard worker in there and the rest just playing games when Im placing my order to the cashier there no one in drive threw no one ordering 4 employees standing around I should not have the cashier running away from the register she thought the other employee was crying so she rushed to comfort her leaving me standing there mouth hanging open I had placed my order with her and she never bothered to put in reg leaving the only hard worker in there to pick up her slack and she did but when 1st cashier came back she couldnt understand why I dare to be upset Im sorry but these no work ethic young adults need to know how to handle being told they are wrong she wanted to fight justify her actions no matter want I said even trying to tell her look customer is right she just wanted to keep saying why she right so this place lost a everyday customer I walked out I will not be giving my hard earn money to be treated like that

My son 11yr. old son and I came in this morning right after he had blood work done. He was very hungry! There was a smiling gentlemen behind the counter ready to help. Our transaction went very quickly & the man was so friendly, it was refreshing. As we were eating I had to use the restroom, but I didnt feel comfortable leaving my son alone at the table. He was still eating too. I asked that nice employee if he could keep an eye on him as I went. He immediately gave me reassurance that hed keep an eye on him. That is not his job, I know! I was very grateful & when I got out I asked another employee his name. His name is David. Thank you David for being fast and friendly in this world of sourpuss people!

I didnt get the name of the gentleman working the drivethru today (8/27/17) But, outstanding customer service. Asked how are morning was going, asked if we had seen the ufc event last night, told us about it cause I missed some of it. Just a great employee to be able to generally talk to and have such enthusiasm to care about a complete strangers morning and strike conversation. I generally dont stop at Tim hortons. The people here seem very unhappy. You can feel it in atmosphere. I didnt get what I ordered and the past few times I have been there they seem more interested in making money than serving the guest. The past few refills Ive had they have poured the coffee short not fully filling up the cup. When I pay for a non-refill coffee for the cup I bring in I would expect a full cup of coffee. If I go back it will only be for coffee.

They almost always are the only Tim Hortons in the area that actually has donuts and muffins ready to go at 5 in the morning so this is usually the one I go to. However theres a guy working the drive through pretty much every day who has terrible customer service skills and needs to learn to move his jaw when he speaks instead of mumbling a whisper to the customers that go through.

On Saturday/ Sunday mornings they are slow, which is expected. However, they never make my coffee right and today especially the employee at the window had the worst attitude. He dropped some of my change and didnt apologize and rudely handed me my coffees without saying anything! My intense love for Tim Hortons is the only reason I gave 3 stars.

Every time I get my sunday coffee, it is ice cold. If I wanted an iced coffee I would have ordered one. I usually dont get a combo because I usually get shorted the hash brown. But today I did. Wouldnt you know? Cold coffee and no hash brown! Ive finally had enough.

Right by my house so I go here often. The only thing that gets irritating is about 10 percent of the time they forget my sugar in my coffee but I just add it when I get to my office which is 5 minutes from there. Staff is always nice.

Been through the drive-through several times, usually during the morning rush. The line always moves quickly. Ive found that if I go in the off-hours, however, there is a good chance my meal will be dried out.

Everyone I get the coffee my husband always get messed up!! Like today I order a large 2 cream 4 sugar and they came me a medium 2 cream 1 sugar!! And the guy seemed misable to be there!!
