I live just down the street from this Starbucks and visit the shop often. Ive never had any problem with the staff or anyone else there. Their food is ok, but thats all of Starbucks food for ya. I rarely get an order mistake on their part, but they are always quick and happy to fix it when they make an error. They do get quite busy during weekend morning hours and especially on every 3rd Friday event. The seating can be limited here, but there is always a place to sit. If on the rare occasion there is not, then the Safety Harbor Library is just across the street :) What makes this Starbucks great is its location above everything else, in my opinion. This Starbucks is very typical of every other Starbucks around, but the one here stands out because you can take a stroll down main street, get a bite to eat, hang out at the pier, do some antique & art shopping, read a book at the library, and a bunch of other things; all within a small town amidst a big city. The only real complaint I have is for Starbucks getting rid of smoking sections from all their establishments. It was nice to sit outside, study, smoke, and get more coffee when needed. Its costing Starbucks a lot of my business because I dont usually hang out there anymore.

Blond manager was complaining about work with fellow employee the entire time she was taking my order. Well I am not sure she was a manager, she told me she was the manager when I asked to talk to one. She charged me $0.60 for cold soy milk in my hot tea, which at every other starbucks around, is free (a condiment). I said I wouldnt have ordered soy if I knew it was an extra charge, she offered no resolution. Very awkward experience, and I will not be returning.

I really love this location because the pier is just up the street, the library is around the corner and theres a park just a short walk away. Finishing a walk with a nice cup of coffee is wonderful, the only downfall is that Safety Harbor has a lot of events so whenever something is happening the line literally goes out the door and good luck finding an empty chair.

This is my favorite Starbucks. We started frequenting this place during the pokemon go craze last year, and the baristas were always so friendly and patient even when the place was absolutely slammed. They still maintain the same attitude and excellent service a year later. Management at this location must be doing something right to keep their baristas so happy.

Consistently Considerate. Always happy to fix a favorite, suggest something new based on my tastes, or create something new or custom with the tools at hand. Always down-to-earth, friendly, professional and courteous. So good here, I very rarely go to other Starbucks. This location is the ONLY reason I keep my gold card active.

My favorite small-town feel place to go for relaxation. Great coffee, quick service, friendly staff and always busy. It is kid-friendly, as they have a corner cart full of games to keep them occupied. I love that it is on Main Street, close to everything. The library is steps away. Will definitely be back soon!

Typical Starbucks that you would expect, great service great coffee. Always met with a smile at the counter. Staff could do a better job cleaning up after people leave. The tables and chairs are often unorganized and when you get your coffee you are cleaning a table so you can sit.

I visit multiple Starbucks locations throughout the week and let me tell you; this location has phenomenal baristas and has great coffee. Ive noticed at other locations that their cold brew or iced coffee may taste burned at times and yet it has never happened at this location.

Used to be my favorite Starbucks. But they have some newer staff that arent very friendly. At least not as I was used to. Its a busy Starbucks, so make sure you order ahead or you will be waiting awhile.

Open at 5. Even on Saturdays. This location is smaller than usual with limited seating. Safety Harbor is a really nice small town with a lively downtown area. Extra parking available out back.
