C/P from FB: Saw the person working the front door (Maybe 59, ~40 years old, gelled slightly greying hair, looks potentially a small part Hawaiian or Asian) steal a drunk womans wallet from her purse and literally "kick her to the curb". My reaction was met with extreme hostility and I was on the way too. I was unable to figure out this guys name but he committed a serious felony and if anyone has any info on whoever works the door the police or I would appreciate it. Im not sure if he was the bouncer or a manager but he was as dim as he was enraged. Unless youre trying to help solve this serious crime stay away from this place, the staff will literally clean you out. Cant stress that enough. I promise if you saw what I saw on video this place would be closed inside of 24 hours. This guy stole a ~60 year old womans purse and shoved her off the curb and into the parking lot. Since posting this review on FB Ive received multiple threatening messages from employees, this place is ALL BAD folks.

I went to mixers for my best friends birthday, we spent well over a few hundred dollars and were very thankful and appreciative towards our server (who was un-approachable, non-communative and straight up rude). We spent at least a few hours there and after rapping up our evening we were verbally abused by the same waiter as we left the building (which I refuse to even mention what was said) and we did not recieve change from the cash I gave him, he was obviously assuming that he deserved my change whether or not I agreed or not. I advise everyone in the area to not go there, Twisted Bamboo has given me excellent service and treated me with more respect then I could ever imagine from a restaurant, I think they deserve anyones business over mixers please do not go there and support their unprofessional service and behavior it is dispicable to our community no one wants to be treated like a low life Jack Willies has an A++++ over their service and quality!

I could not get the smell of cigarettes and grease out of my shirt after 2 hours in that bar. The waitress was nice enough, but the owner was an awful man who was so rude that we left and wont return. We had done nothing offensive to deserve to be treated like we were treated, and we were spending a lot of money. It was girls night out with 8 very attractive women who wanted to try a close bar so we wouldnt have to drive. Mixers is near my home, so we decided to give it a try. Immediately it struck us as probably the most unattractive crowd of anyplace we have ever been in Florida...median weight of the women in the mid-200s and the men were worn and weathered from heavy drinking. With the poor treatment we received, it is small wonder that the only people who would frequent that establishment are the type of dregs who dont think enough of themselves to not allow someone to treat them like garbage.

The service is excellant except for a new male they hired in the past few months. He is not attentive to customers and rude. He socializes too much on duty and always begs for cigarettes from customers. And God be with you if you tip him low due to his poor service, because your future visits he will flat out refuse to wait on you. He has no problem admitting he will not wait on you either, it seems he is realted to the owner because I have no idea why they tolerate his crap. Everytime I have been there and he served me, the service was terrible. A complaint was forwarded to managment, lets see how they handle this, or not handle this.

I think its awesome to change it up and have a DJ on Friday night. Many many bars are smoking permitted inside. As a matter of fact there was a bar in Clearwater for quite a few years, it switched to smoking outside only and Bam out of business. Your place is beautiful and surroundings are very attractive so your prices should be higher than some dive bar. You are doing a great job and for anyone that wants to be an ass and give bad review can stay away because someone is turning 21 every day. Keep doing it as you are. Great place

Went there on a Sunday afternoon and sat outside. There was one waitress and she was not attentive. We waited nearly an hour for our food after waiting forever for her to take our order to begin with. It was not crowded. Its bar food so its been very mediocre the few times we have eaten there, but the big problem is SLOW service and smoking is allowed, so nearly everyone there was smoking. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is long and narrow making it difficult to move around without bumping into ppl ...the bar service is very good, drink prices reasonable ...but it is a smoking bar and the music can be loud for conversation the dance/game room is alllll the way in the back. Age range 21-35 usually after 10pm

I hate doing a bad review. This place didnt sit right with me. My friend and I both ordered draft beers. Stella for her and a Yuengling for myself. Both had a bad metallic taste to them and my friends glass had lipstick on that wasnt hers. I dont think that I will be going back. Sorry kids.

Charged my gf for blue moon after they said free domestics. Blue moon is from Colorado and made by the Coors company. It is domestic. It is a generic beer not a specialty beer. This place is full of crappy products for a class of people who have ample money but no taste.
