9 times out of 10 when I show up early morning in the Drive-Thru no one will answer at the speaker and this morning was one of those mornings. I drove around to order directly at the window, the employee inside looks directly at me , puts on his drive-thru headset, and precedes to take the order of the car thats behind me. Then he begins to prepare the order for the car thats behind me without ever even coming to the window to begin to help me , the customer who was there in the first place. I left and wont be back.

Always a great experience when my girlfriend and I go for happy hour! The staff here and very hardworking individuals. One night, I witnessed only three staff present when it was packed, lines of cars to the roadway. They all managed to get everyones order in a timely manner and satisfy my girlfriend and I. This is one of those places youll be a long time customer.

Ive worked in the food industry for eight years and this is the only place I know of that doesnt do refills on soft drinks. The cashier basically told me I had to buy a new one and wasnt even polite about it. I get if its policy but Im just a broke college student who finished her soda before her food was even ready. Its not like I left and came back!

Im not going to waste too much time on this. Just about everything my wife and I ordered from here recently had something wrong with it. Too few fries and tots, sandwich made completely wrong, burger and sandwich so so soggy (gross). Just a waste of money. Seriously just go to a different fast food place. Literally any other place would be fine.

Outdoor tables need to be clean better and repainted. Burger was so so but needs a little spice added to it some type of flavoring. The container that holds their shakes is made a styrofoam, its a poor choice for cleanliness, should be clear plastic. With the clear plastic glasses you have a better view of the ingredients more appealing.

Order was completely wrong. Gave the food back and had them give me my money back. One of the workers had her hair loose. She put it up but started touching my food without washing her hands. I have never had an experience such as this. Mcdonalds would have been better.

I love Sonic, and love that its so close to where I live! I went today, got 3 medium drinks, a corn dog, & 2 small tots for under $7! Awesome! The girl that came to our car on skates was sweet, and the service was fast! The corn dog was exceptionally good!

This is WITHOUT A DOUBT the lousiest fast food place I have been to in my 58 years of living. The new person on the drive through was new and screwed our order up entirely. Tried speaking with the manager but she was also worthless. Will never go back!

I order a 1 with Extra mayo, ketchup and mustard. A second number 1 plain w/cheese and mayo. And a chocolate shake. I get home and I have a number 1 with extra mayo. Second number 1 plain with extra ketchup and mustard. And a vanilla shake

I actually ate here the first day they opened, the place was packed and even still the food got out at a reasonable pace, Its a great place for burgers and hotdogs, their tots are very good too, very close to home, only a 2 min drive :)

I will never go there again. I ordered a Sonics double bacon cheese burger last night and ended up with food poisoning the morning after. I missed a day of work because of this and I absolutely feel terrible!!

very disappointed. speakers dont work, food was cold, order was wrong, wait was 15-20 minutes and the place wasnt even busy? i wont be going back here anytime soon, do not recommend.

I have been there a handful of times. Every time, it takes atleast 25 minutes to get our food and the cashiers are ALWAYS rude!! Customer service sucks. Time sucks.
