We were very excited for our trip to Disney and on our first night we had made reservations to eat at Napolis months before as we wanted to try the pizza. Our food was very good and we all sampled each others choices. Unfortunately the positive experience ended there. We had made the reservation so that we could do some shopping and then see the show at Epcot (Illuminations) at 9p. At the start of our visit we were asked by the host if we were using meal Plans and we said yes. Our service throughout the meal was ok, there were several times we waited for our waitress to come back for at least 10 minutes because of the large party next to us occupying her (important to note this party arrived after us and left before us). Apparently the info got lost somewhere between the start of our dinner and the check that we were using meal Plans. After the waitress explained to us that she would need to fix the bill (45 minutes later) she proceeds to hand us a check and have us sign that would agree to pay for the entire dinner and then have us sign again of just the salad that we got ($7 a person). We knew from the start that the salad was not included in our meal plan (we had a fairly firm understanding of the meal plan)but we felt uncomfortable with the process of signing something that didnt seem quite right. The waitress kept saying that we never told her we wanted to use the meal plan. After waiting 45 minutes and seeing her print like 50 checks and then throwing them away. We asked for the manager who basically said this is how it works and then left. Our group begrudgingly signed the checks and then again signed the other check. Although we verified that we were not overcharged later at the hotel I didnt appreciate being treated like that. We were told it was our fault "deviating from the meal plan" which we were not debating the fact we got the salad. The next day we ate at another restaurant and another the day after and again last night and the process of using meal plans was easy to understand and we didnt sign two checks we were presented with one which gave us the option to add a tip but not sign and then presented with a second check which showed the discount of the meal Plan and just charged us items not included in the meal plan. However our waitress didnt seem to know how to do that. Disney has set a rather high standard for customer service which is great! However unfortunately for Disney that high bar comes with a price of high expectations and this experience didnt meet that standard at all. I was looking forward to the illuminations show and because of all the waiting we missed it completely, when we walked out of the restaurant the park was closed and the show was over. Disappointing.

Best pizza on Disney property. We had the traditional pizza margherita and it was delicious. The sauce to cheese to dough ratio was perfect. The pizza wasnt overdone nor was it soggy. The table next to use had the chicken parmesan and it looked amazing. The other table next to us ordered desert and it looked so good, we will definitely be trying some desert on our next visit. The pizzas on the higher end of the price scale, but a large provides 8 slices, enough for two hungry people or 4 not so hungry people. The staff was very respectful and happy to serve us. Our glasses of water were never empty, the waiter in charge of water was on top of it that day. The restaurant was beautiful, large glass windows, three wood ovens that had different faces for each oven, it was very clean and felt like an authentic restaraunt in Italy. Will definitely be returning during our trip in December

One of our favorite Disney locations. Truly authentic Italian cuisine with super-fresh ingredients including imported flour (Italian, of course) for the amazing pizza crust and house-made Mozzarella. Specialties include brick oven-fired pizza and house made marinara thats just incredible. Do not miss: the sangria, the Arancini, the pizza, the Caprese, or the Zeppoli for dessert. Fair warning: this is a pretty pricey meal. Expect $100+ for a party of 4. But the experience from beginning to end is WELL worth the price. Dont be afraid to try the pasta, either. The fresh cream sauces in particular will blow your mind. This is a great restaurant for large parties, but definitely make a reservation! The extra large pizza can easily feed 6-8 people.

My worst Disney World meal ever, by far, and I have had many others and enjoyed most, if not all of them. My entree was the pollo pasta - I think it was supposed to have chicken in it. Thats what "pollo" is, right? It tasted alright, but I seriously could not find any chicken in it. So it was $23 for alfredo pasta. Also had a blood orange aqua - I think it was tap water with a slice of navel orange on the bottom. It was tasteless. The only good thing about the meal was my wifes pizza, which we ended up sharing because of the lack of pollo in my dish. She tried it as well and couldnt find any chicken. If anyone ever finds any chicken in their pollo pasta please take a picture, upload it here and let me know.

Best Italian food ive had by far. Great flavors and adequate portions for the price. Several options that fit most diets, and the staff was terrific. The manager helped me pick meals that wouldnt conflict with my allergies and my waitress was wonderful. Our first encounter was with this gorgeous Italian boy named Alex who helped us with our drinks. He showed me to the bathrooms instead of just telling me which i liked. Now if only he came in with me, you know what i mean? Haha, but the atmosphere is super friendly, and the wait wasnt very long at all and we didnt have a reservation. We arrived at about 5:30 and were seated in just a few minutes afterwards. Great experience and great people. Highly recommend.

Be careful for this ploy. The busboy asked if we would like sparkling or tap water. We ordered tap. He returned with a bottle of sparkling water, and told us that the tap water was "no good," and "contaminated." We reiterated that we wanted tap, but he quickly walked away and we were ignored. The "sparkling" water was in fact tap, but the restaurant still charged us for sparkling ($7). The busboy did this to two other tables that we saw. He was very jovial, fast speaking, and barely understandable, so people, including us, brushed it off. Especially because the bottle did not contain sparkling water. The food and prices are about as one would expect from Disney. Portions are a little on the smaller side.

There was 5 of us in our party and we was on the Disney dining plan. One member ordered the veal and the other 4 members ordered pizzas. On the dining plan we was only allowed the 10" size and when we asked if we could pay extra for a bigger sized we was told straight forwardly NO. Anyway we ordered and he veal came in 10 mins which wasnt bad however by the time our member had got his veal and finished it all the pizzas still hadnt arrived so when the pizzas did finally arrive one member was sat there watching everyone else eat. Finally when desert came the family member who ordered the veal ordered a cake and to his surprise found pieces of plastic inside. Altogether our experience here wasnt very good!.
