The owner/manager is such a jerk. Every time I order from here my pizza or subs are messed up. Tonight I ordered pizza and there was no cheese or pepperoni on a couple pieces I told the manager and she started to argue with me and told me that I was wrong and then explain to her that I used to work at it East of Chicago at a different location and we never produced pieces that have no cheese or toppings on any of the pieces and she asked which location I worked out so I told her and she said she was going to call and verify that I work there almost 20 years ago it is ridiculous that she would even call to verify that I work there the whole point is she does not want to rectify the situation when they make mistakes if I could have rated with 0 Stars I would have I am definitely never going to order from this company again simply due to the fact that the manager truly is such a jerk I would rather drive all the way to the East of Chicago in Medina and get food there instead of getting it from the East of Chicago five minutes away from my house having to wait over an hour for my delivery to get cold food that has no toppings on it

We order from here almost weekly for over a year now. Tonight we picked up our usual order and had a question about how the price on the same order keeps changing. The manager, Sandy I believe is her name, immediately got an attitude and made us feel like we did something wrong for asking a legitimate question. We werent even upset until she was so rude. We will Not be back to this location because of her attitude. Management is suppose to be able to deal with all kinds of situations and she obviously doesnt know how to deal will customers. I dont recommend going to this location.

Owner SANDY is a rude and unprofessional woman!! We were unsatisfied with our pizza and asked it to be fixed. She argued as to why we were wrong and refused to fix the pizza. There were almost no toppings on our taco pizza which we have been ordering for the last 10 years. We will NEVER go back to this E of C and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone either!! As a business owner, should be ashamed of her behavior and treatment to a paying customer!

Owner us nasty in phone because the girl that answer screwed our order up we were charged for her mistake the owner didnt want to hear it .. we wait or hour in half for our pizza and then only half the order showed up.shes said sure we can make it and send it back out another 45 to 50 min wait .no discount no sorry !! Its a shame because East of chicago is good pizza !! She just has no business in business as nasty as she is ..

Female manager/owner very unfriendly and rude. We were not satisfied with our pizzas or our cinnamon sticks and she refused to even acknowledge it. Incinuating that I was making it up. Dont order from here! Save yourself and go to fat Bobs or gioninos which are way better options in Brunswick.

Incredible experience. This kid named Colin made my pizza and I have to say that was the best flippin pizza Ive ever ate. That kid deserves a raise. He is an incredible fast pizza maker but the only thing he can improve on is placing the pepperoni.

If i could rate zero i would. First time and last time buyer. Cardboard with a little sauce when i ordered extra. Only good psrt was the cheese. Ill buy frozen before this any day.

Good as any other E of C. Make sure you dont just drop in, order ahead. A single sandwich can take 20 minutes sometimes! Other than that, the staff was nice.
