This place was not at all what I expected. I was so excited to take my kids here for a nice family meal. Instead we got horrible service ( they actually came out and started cleaning the dining room around us, not to add it took forever to get our food, even with there being only 3 other customers in the place), small portions for a big price, and annoying music. Too top it off the food was cold, the fries overcooked (we tossed more than half in the garbage), and they serve it all on a tray you have to share or eat over the tiny wrapper they put around your burger, or a napkin. Not worth the $47 I paid at all (and that was for 3 burgers, 3 drinks, and an order of fries.)

Fries order was not just big but the fries tasted great. Burger was yummy - my taste buds noted a distinct yummy flavor to the meat, not just what I put on the meat. I think that if you smother the meat with condiments you might say not a great burger. And the meat was tender - well done and still tender. It has been a long time since I tasted great meat flavor in a burger - and not just great condiment flavor. Prices were very reasonable. And to think I had debated going to BurgerFi or Wendys or Burger King. Would have spent the same money without the great taste experience! The music was too loud, however. Will tell them that the next time I go in.

The atmosphere in the Mentor BurgerFi is a bit overwhelming. Its loud, industrial looking and there is nothing inviting about it. The menu boards are hard to read with reflections of the overhead lighting, luckily they have paper menus to look at. The burgers are small for the price although there is a nice selection of toppings (some are additional costs). They have one of those Coke machines that offer countless versions of flavored pop. Concretes are close to six bucks and are small portions. The fries are tasty and the serving is large. Overall, I am not rushing to get back to BurgerFi.

I have been there twice. The burgers are good but not great. They do use fresh beef and veggies. The bun resembles something from McDonalds but with the store logo branded on top. The fries are fantastic and the small is enough for two people. And I love the custom Coca-Cola fountain with customizable flavors. But, the prices are high for the value of what you get. The atmosphere is nice but the music a bit loud. Dining area didnt seem clean. $12 for a burger,fries, and soda is too much for one person. Burgerfi is way overpriced. I may stop back but will bring help to eat the fries.

Had lunch here with some colleagues. Had their veggie burger lunch special, which is priced under $8 and includes fries, an onion ring, and a beverage. I thought that it was pretty good! Also a plus, they were able to accommodate our large party of 9 without any issue. If I could, I would give this place 4.5 stars. As others have mentioned, the music is way too loud.

All in all a good experience, I have a burger, fries, and a drink. It was a little pricey, you pay a dollar or more than some other places. The burger was good, fries were overcooked for my taste but not burnt so this was the only sour spot. After my Uncle told me not to go here, Im glad I didnt listen. I will try this again, maybe the fries will be better next time.

I had a great experience at the BurgerFi in Mentor. The service was great and the food taste amazing. It was my first time visiting and the GM Michael and the rest of the crew were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be visiting again and i hope for one in Cleveland !

Its pricier than you might expect a burger to be, but not many burger-centric places also serve beer. Also, its a damn good burger. Its the kind of place that makes you think the cows are raised with classical music and given massages before theyre turned into delicious burgers.

Think of this store to burgers as Chipotle is to Taco Bell. Its not a burger king- its more high quality, the atmosphere more refined, and the food of a much higher standard. But, it does take a bit longer to order, and theres no drive-thru. And yes, prices are higher.

Great customer service, the manager threw in a couple onion rings because I hadnt ordered right the first time. First time here was a great experience! Thank you for being a company that strives on customer service, theres not many left.

This was our first time at a BurgerFi. I got a double bacon burger and the cry+fry. The wife veggie burger. All of it was great... and it was fast and I could have a beer (Im from PA, so not used to quick food with beer)

The food was EXCELLENT and service outstanding! So nice to know that there are restaurants available that have healthy grass fed beef and use freshly made ingredients! I will be back and tell all of my friends about it!

A little pricey (compared to a fast food place), but worth every penny... one of the best burgers Ive ever eaten (Breakfast All Day Burger)... Cajon fries rocked too! Also, manager and staff couldnt be nicer.

I wish this closer to Cleveland, say Cleveland Heights or even University Circle; seems like a weird location for a burger place similar to Shake Shack. But if you arent in Mentor, the drive is worth it!

I heard verry good things about this restaurant. My grandma has eaten here before and she told me that the people are nice and friendly and that there food is really good but kinda on the pricey side.

Ive been here twice. Each time the service was great, the burgers good, onion ringer huge. If you sit on the patio, you might be able to hit the Pokemon gym that is across the street from burgerfi.

If you have a hankering for a gourmet hamburger, Burgerfi is the place to go. They even brand their buns, which is a cute added touch. They have vegetarian and gluten free options as well.
