WORST PUBLIX IN ORLANDO! I have been to a few stores all over Orlando and this is by far the absolute worst despite its prime location! This Publix has the worst deli service and hot food selection. Last week I preordered a sub online to be picked up, it wasnt ready until 20 minutes after my pick up time, I used my whole lunch break waiting for them to make my online order for something i had to eat on the way back to work in my car. Isnt ordering online supposed to have it ready for when you come in to pick it up? I could of waited in line twice rather than waiting for my online order. Then today I come in and decide that I will get chicken instead so I wouldnt have to wait in line. Well they didnt have any popcorn chicken, then they ran out of their famous chicken strips, my only option left was a 2 piece dark meat chicken dinner. The sides werent warm and they didnt even have gravy for the mashed potatoes. When I went to ask where the dinner roll that came with it was they said that they didnt have any ready and that they couldnt knock anything off of the price of the meal for not having it. Seriously? You charge me $6 for a dark meat meal without a roll and on top of that give me a wing as one of the pieces. Isnt a chicken wing white meat? This Publix needs a make over from and employee and management stance. I only continue to come here because it is the closest Publix and cheaper than eating at any of the other downtown restaurants.

Очень хорошее месторасположение, качественные продукты, соответственно чуть выше цены по городу, Но иногда бывает такое что приедешь в парк крутишься вертишься ищешь место припарковаться а его просто нет что на бесплатных парковках что на платных, и тут помогает именно этот магазин со своими свободными парковками, постоянно берем в этом магазине свежие продукты высокого качества, ну просто очень приветливый хороший персонал. Этот магазин нам очень нравиться.

Have to echo some of the reviews here. The store itself is very clean and it has the standards of Publix, except for the personal. The Deli is always swamped and not being dealt with. I choose to go to publix to get a sub cause I like them, but when i have to stand in line for 30 minutes to be told that they "Ran out of chicken tenders, it will be 20 minutes" it is completely unacceptable. If you are running low or having a sale on chicken tenders, then make more chicken tenders a lot earlier than as you run out. I wouldve been fired from my cooking jobs if I just "forgot" to cook chicken. Hold your employees to the same standards you hold your stores. In the end, go to this Publix to buy groceries but just steer clear of the Deli and the travesty within.

We only shop at Publix, but not at this one unless we can avoid it. It is the closest one to our house but its just not worth the aggravation. They almost never have baggers and only one or two checkouts open. The staff is indifferent at best. The assistant managers do not want to be bothered with anything but standing around talking. The fish department is very small and sells "portions" instead of pieces of fresh fish cut to order. The produce department does not have a full variety and only a few of what it does carry. They run out and you cant count on finding what you came in for. This is not really a "grocery" store; its more like a yuppie prepared food hang-out.

Worst Publix in Orlando, and potentially Florida. Ive never stood so long in a line for the deli, and by the time I did finally get a chance to order my sub it was met with hesitation and indifference. And the attitude reflected in the sub when it came time to eat it. Wanted to get a salad to go with the sub and the produce department were out of the one that I wanted and it was on sale! What a frustrating Publix experience, and I love shopping at Publix. I wont be returning to this store though.

Awful! Awful! Awful! Worst customer service!!! The place could be completely empty inside and the employees wont help you! They are rude, inconsiderate and downright lazy! The management really needs to step in and evaluate the store! Im surprised Publix is okay with having their name associated with this location!!!! Take the time to drive elsewhere!

This Publix is a little less Publix than most others my wife and I have been to. Its a little smaller. Consequently, parkings a little trickier underground, theres less overall variety, and it can be a little crowded in the foyer. The building itself shows its age as well. But its a Publix, so you can still expect friendly fast service and great food!

Worst Publix in Orlando. Renee, in the Deli made my sub with the nastiest look on her face. She definitely had a problem and does not enjoy her job. Most of the workers in the Deli were very nonchalant and taking their sweet time with long lines building. No customer service. I will skip this location next time.

This is the nearest Publix to me and I avoid it like the plague! I love Publix & I visit at least one everyday. But this one has THE WORST service, especially the Hot Foods section. If you are in downtown and need a Publix fix, drive up the street to MIchigan & Orange

Awesome Publix. Has a parking garage underneath the store with elevator to the lobby. Deli line during weekday lunch is super long! Definitely advice using Online Ordering for this location. Store maintains quality and service even during peak busy hours.

Really convenient location in downtown Orlando. Smaller store and has a downsized selection of items but still manageable. Sub and deli stations seem to get extremely busy around noon so try to plan accordingly to skip the rush!

I was traveling in the area and I needed some food for breakfast and dinner. I found good quality food. They carry Kashi frozen food. They bake very good multi-grain bread. I had an Asian salad. My whole purchase was good.

Went to the Deli on Saturday to pick up some fried chicken for the fam. Came home to prepare dinner only to find that 3 of the 8 pieces were raw on the inside! COMPLETELY RED! Will not be buying anymore chicken...

I love this location. It is so perfectly located in downtown Orlando. It provides a nice section for the size of the store and is a great spot to stop off for a sub and a drink for the afternoon walk at Lake Eola

Today I bought an 8 piece box of fried chicken. When I got home to eat my chicken I discovered that it was not fully cooked and still had blood running where it was raw. Im very disappointed with Publix.
