I was treated with such disrespect in the deli by an older lady. I asked for Boars Head Oven Roasted Chicken Breast and was stunned with how I was berated because I didnt say "low-sodium." The lady actually came out behind the counter and pointed at it "oh, you want that ONE." With a company having a reputation such as having great customer service and a "pleasure" shopping at then I dont know why they would sanction an employees abominable treatment of their customers. Customers should be treated with respect not scorn. I will NOT be returning to this Publix again.

I live close, so its easy to go here. In the past, when Ive been in a different part of town, Ive gone to a nearby Publix. No more. Ive learned that I love my local Publix. The selection and personnel are fabulous. Their meat department is the best. It is staffed with people who come out, talk to you, and give you advice about meat. Its like a personal butcher shop. Their bakery, produce, and fruit are unparalleled. I always enjoy shopping here, actually look forward to it.

DO NOT use this pharmacy. Absolutely rude to customers. When you complain and ask to speak to the head pharmacist Melinda they will give you someone else who instantly has a list of excuses of why they were rude and who also tries to talk over you. I am betting Melinda passed the phone off because she was the one who so carelessly disregarded a customer. If it was not you, MELINDA, teach your employees how to talk to customers and answer calls properly.

This is a review soley for their subs: horrifying. The sub makers were incompetent, didnt listen, and played favorites with the customers. A pretty woman in front of me was given a free sub because she wanted white cheese, not yellow. I was still charged full price after receiving no olives, and my sub having ranch accidentally dumped straight from the jar all over the outside of the sub, making it soggy. Quite frankly, just go to subway.

Had to wait for walk ups to get their deli orders in while my online order was left in limbo already prepared but not placed in the pick up section. The deli team was busy putting subs out due for 10 minutes after mine and had apparently forgotten mine existed. Defeats the purpose of online ordering if you take walk ups ahead.

This is the friendliest store Ive EVER shopped in. The staff are professional, jump to help when you need assistance, and nearly always speak a friendly word when passing. The produce is excellent. It truly is a "pleasure" for me to shop at my local Publix.
