Complained to their corporate office, and all I got was an email apologizing for making my sandwich wrong. I had visited there a week ago, and I ordered a sandwich and a cinnamon roll to go. They never gave me a buzzer, and they never called my name. After 20 minutes, I went looking to see what was going on, as a group of four behind me had received their food. No one was around. When someone was finally visible, it was a guy working in the food area, picking his nose so intently that he must have scratched his brain. Then, a woman finally came out and asked if I got my food. I said that I hadnt. She goes down the counter, and a bag is there hidden behind their counter. They have no idea who its for, but without checking, assume its my to-go order. No apology for making me wait, no apology for not calling my name or giving me a buzzer. I get to where Im going, and they used a regular slice of bread for the bottom of the sandwich, but the heel of the bread for the top. The heel was so tiny, it didnt even cover half of the sandwich. They clearly used the heel on a to-go order, thinking they wouldnt have to remake it, and clearly were using it to save money and not throw out the heel. Plus, even though they knew it would be impossible to eat without making a mess, they supplied only ONE napkin. They were completely disinterested in their job, and they were not busy in the slightest.

My experience was awful. I ordered trays of sandwiches for a special occasion and the sandwiches had about a nickels worth of meat between the bread. I spoke with the manager about how disappointing that was to take on bite of a sandwich and that was all the meat you would have between the bread, he tried to justify the reason, but never offered any compensation but " may I offer you a cookie". Was that a slap in the face or what? I also called the corporate office and never heard anything from them. I shared with the corporate office about how the manager of that store reacted and they were shocked, but no word from them either. You know Panera Bread is expensive so I do not have to share with you the cost. I purchased 2 or 3 trays.

I really really like Panera because their food is clean but this particular day my experience was not up to par. The young lady cashier seemed to be a bit difficult in that if I didnt call an item the exact name she corrected me several times. It was very frustrating to have to work that hard to spend my money. It caused me to have to lighten up the situation by pointing out her co-workers who teased her about the interaction with me. I do not like feeling awkward or interrogated when Im trying to dine.

I ordered the ancient grain and arugula salad with chicken and they order was totally messed up. When I first got it they didnt give me dressing so I brought it back. After I sat down I realized that there wasnt chicken on the salad so I had to take it back again. The person did put chicken on the salad and laughed about how they messed the order up. I dont think that there is a decent Panera in the area, but this one is close to me that Id go again solely for the convenience factor.

So waiting in a long line at Panera. Decided to save them time by ordering online. Theres a long line behind me and in front of me. Get to the ordering screen and they say you cant do online orders in the drive thru. I cant back up..... Theres 10 cars and cant get out of the drive thru... So I have to sit here for anther 10 minutes and then go inside because you cant hand me a bag thru the window. Are you kidding me!? Seriously. I was trying to help YOU out. Jerks

Drive thru is extremely slow, so dont think that youre going to save any time there. However, I found ordering inside to be pleasant and every request was met with a smile. My order was exactly correct, even though I changed a few things on the regular sandwich, and even tho my buzzer didnt go off, they called my name very promptly and, as I said, my order was exactly as Id asked for.

Not good at all. The guy at the register was clueless and messed up our order after repeating ourselfs 3 times! Then the manager gets irritated and mad at us and gives us attitude. There was no mayo in the disencers. All the employees looked miserable and had an attitude. No excuse for this. Never again. Ill go to any panera but this one again.

Went to order an egg souffle..."we dont have any eggs." Can I get a breakfast sandwich? "Were out". Not even a "Im sorry were out" or anything...just a semi annoyed look that Id even ask for something that was on the menu right in front of me.

I tried this place today and it was so nice of the manger to offer me a extra pickle on my next visit... Make sure to triple check your orders when going to this location p.s is there not a decent panera bread in the surround area

Service is OK, and the food is better, but they frequently mess up my order whenever I go. There is often something missing or the online order isnt ready yet. Seems like they to be a bit more organized

Good salads. Decent chicken noodle soup, when its not too old. Service is on the slow side. Kinda expensive; 6.79 for a half sandwich, 5.99 for a bowl of soup, around 10 for a salad.

I ordered a catered lunch for my work and they gave me a salad that had brown spoiled lettuce. The pickles looked like they were recycled. I will never order from them again!

Very poor experience. Long wait. Nothing vegeterian as for soups except for squash cream soup. Charged for stay in, brought food in “to go paper” ware. Very disappointing.
