Publix has always been my favorite grocery store however, This store is absolutely the worst than the worst, their customers service is completely filled with full of abominable of their customers service behavior , especially the employees work on customers service center area. the employees from the customers service center from this publix are completely clueless about the Western unions service and even filled with full of rudeness attitude toward me and tell me theyre no longer doing business with western unions anymore then i asked what was the sign for hanging on the wall for if you guys are no longer doing business with western union then the employe she turned around and ignored me and went straight into the office, so then i asked for another employees for help and she was completely clueless about it also then i asked for customers service manager then she went into the office and asked her manger to come out. The manger her name is (Dessire) and she was the one who turned around and ignored me and told me publix are no longer doing business with western union anymore. she was also the one that give me the rudeness attitudes and abominable customer service! at that moment i saw this happened, my brain went frozen, my heart completely died with full of disappointment about publix customers service. not just the employees even the manager are completely not want to help me but pushing me out of the store. after i got out of the store and went back to my car and called the customers care center, the lady name (Nicole) answered. i told her everything about whats happened and she told me this employe name (Dessire) shes not a manager, cause she dont find her name in the manager system. after all, my disappointment are completely increased to whole other level about this publix store are also filled with full of lies. This kinda of the actions must be fix. Starting from right now today i will be no longer shop on publix and even a customer of publix anymore but Im extremely wish to shop on publix agains in the future only if they fix their customers service behavior. at least understand how to treat their customers right, doesnt have to be perfect but at least treat their customers with the right and fair.

Overall Ive never had a bad SERVICE experience at this publix, employees are always friendly. My disappointment is with my wedding cake, I picked a very basic design of marble fondant, expecting it to be almost fool-proof as Ive done this myself on cakes and the bakers assured me its a difficult one to mess up. I also opted to have no piping border around the tiers because I thought it would look a bit cheap with the marble, but was talked into it by the baker to "tie the whole cake together neatly" well, someone made the marble fondant just fine, but something went wrong from there. The fondant was laid over the cake and finished completely wrinkled and uneven in the cake underneath. And the piping border ended up being the ugliest part as it looked like someone made a bad play-doh snake and mashed it around the edge, completely sloppy. Im all around pretty low-maintenance, the cake was delicious and my wedding day was still amazing, but to have this cake on my table was honestly extremely embarrassing and it makes me sick to think I paid $400 for this joke of a cake. Standing next to this cake for photo ops was my most stressful moment because i was so mortified at how the execution on this cake was.

I am new to couponing but came across a coupon for Chamberlains supermarket $10 off 40. I prefer Publix so I stopped in and started shopping. My total was 126.XX and was told they cant use my coupon because it is to buy wine online. I explained it is for Chamberlains which is a supermarket. The person said they do not take competitors coupons since they have no competition. I didnt understand because I thought ALL publix stores took coupons from other supermarkets. The manager explained at this store they do not take any coupons since corporate says they dont have to. The reason is there are no supermarkets within a specific amount of blocks. I explained this Chamberlains supermarket is literally down the street. I left the groceries there. I will go to the publix I ususally shop at by my house. The publix here makes no sense at all by not taking a coupon from me you are basically saying go down the street and shop there. They felt safe in saying how since Winn Dixie closed there is no competition. I beg to differ. You are yor competition and you should do your best to keep and grow customers. I wont be back.

Hire better workers at the deli. I come in from work almost daily M-F around noon. There can be 3 workers, there can be 10 workers. There can be a line with 5 people, there can be a line with zero people and I walk into it. Yet somehow it is the slowest deli I have ever been a part of. It is honestly faster for me to walk to my car, drive to subway, drive back to work, get to my office, than it is for me to stand in that line and wait for my sub. Your employees move with out motivation. Their phrase of the day, every day, is "We will be with you shortly/as fast as we can." This is said even when I am the only person in line. I once waited 8min (I timed it) before I was asked what I wanted, while being the only person in line. If it was not for the fact I worked across the street, I would never come here.

Im fond of the Publix stores in the area in general, but this one is my favorite. In the mornings, the staff are very cheerful and eager to help, and I frequently cant help but pick up something small in the bakery. Later on, their sushi selection is among the best in the area; Im also very partial to the deli. The people at the seafood counter are also particularly helpful and patient when Im still working out in my head what Im going to cook for dinner. Theres plenty of parking (most of the time), the place is always clean and bright, there are plenty of specials, and they keep enough registers manned that I hardly ever have much of a wait at the checkout. I actually *enjoy* shopping for my groceries here.

On a few occasions I have placed an order over the phone for a deli sub. To begin with you will speak to multiple people before even getting the department you desire and will be on hold multiple times. Each time the sub has yet to have been started upon my arrival. Lots of excuses get thrown around to why it wasnt done. One being that they are extremely busy, but they dont compensate for it by giving an accurate time for pick up over the phone or a time at all. I believe whatever system they are using to answer phones and complete orders efficiently is extremely faulty. It defeats the purpose in placing an order over the phone...

The worst service Ive ever seen out of all the publix stores Ive been to. I shop at other publix stores that are further of a drive just bc I will no longer do business at this establishment. The deli staff makes me wait while they finish mop the floors and there is no one behind be in line, they just say we will be with you and carry on with irrelevant work while customers are waiting, also Im not fond with he pharmacy experience as "some" of the pharmacists have been rude. The Publix that are fabulous clean with courteous staff are Baldwin Park and in Winter Park on 17-92. Dont go anywhere downtown unless you really have to.
