Staff are always super extremely friendly. Very kind people. Their food is great, I consider their pizza the best in town, if youre looking for that NY style of pizza. Very delicious cheese, on their pizza. Their prices are pretty steep, $2.00 for extra toppings, that they dont always give enough off. Leaving you with an honest regretful feeling of buying from there because of their prices too steep, and how they just dont put enough toppings. Literally finding yourself begging to put more pepperoni on it, and other ingredients. at the end, I only come here when i have a good aprox $35 to spend for just a pizza and wings. for one that struggle financially, coming by $35 for a pizza and wings, is a bit tough at times.

I do not even want to give this place a star!!! I just placed a lunch order for half a sub and fries as the website stated! the charge on my card came to 11.61 I called and they said that they charged me for a full fry when the site clearly stated it came with fries. So finally we get it all squared away. They deliver my order and give me 3 dollars in cash back!!! COLD fries! mayo on my sub as i asked not to have it on there and its just thrown together! this used to be my favorite place but lately the food has sucked and I decided to try them one more time to see if they just had a bad couple of days! WELL NEVER AGAIN!! sve your money! I now have a soggy sandwich and ice cold fries!! Shame on you all!

Used to be great until they got cheap. I have been eating pizza here for two years and havent had many problems until recently. Someone over there likes to cut corners by taking pizzas that were made for slices that have been sitting around putting fresh cheese and toppings on them and sending them out to customers who are expecting a fresh pizza. It has happened to me 3 times now and Im done with them. I know my pizza and I know what fresh pizza is supposed to look and taste like. I am very disappointed and angry that anyone would ever do this goodbye paradiso id rather eat from a chain then take a chance on u again.

Been eating here since is very close home but I stopped months ago because I think the ingredients are not fresh any more and the quality of their product had declined. Pizza are always soft and when you pull the slice out all the content comes out of the slice. Even if I order crispy I never get it like that. I ordered a calzone with meatballs and I got slices not meatballs that tasted frozen. The chicken tastes frozen. They need to improve quality. And they are not even close to taste like NY pizza like they claim in the door.

I get it, trust me phone customers are important, but when o when are businesses going to learn to take care of the customer physically sitting at a table in their business for ten 10 minutes, waiting for anyone to take their order? What makes it even worse is that i was greeted and told that they would be right with me, sit anywhere. ALSO why is it that regardless of when they come in, Caucasian blondes females always get their order taken quickly???

Best white pizza in Orlando. Quick and friendly service, delicious garlic knots, what more could one ask? We ordered an XL pie of half white and half bruschetta and split it between 4 of us (2 slices each) and it was the perfect amount. The garlic knots are covered in butter and garlic, but not too greasy. The lady behind the counter, I believe her name is Becca, was really helpful in helping us decide what to get and what amount.

Ive been ordering from this place for years and their pizza is good but it doesnt make up for how terrible their service is and today ensured that Im never going to be ordering from them again. I ordered a sandwich and asked for extra mayonnaise on it and instead of putting mayo on THE BUN, they just plopped a glob of it on top of THE MEAT. Honestly, Im not even surprised by this, thats how bad their service always is.

I was in the neighborhood on Monday and wanted to check out the pizza. They have been awarded runner up or best pizza in Orlando for several years. So i tried a slice of cheese and a slice of mushroom pizza. It was authentic and as close as Ive had in Orlando for New York Style. I even got to watch them hand toss a few. The owner Tony was very friendly and the service was super. Will be back.

I wasnt crazy about the wings.. hopefully next time the wings will taste better? This my first time ordering.. the pizza was ridiculously banging! Yummmm! Huge slices! I specially love the sauce for the garlic knots.. it taste really really good! You guys are close by so if you keep up with the great service you might get to know us well! thanks for the fast delivery too!

Medium bacon pizza and 20 regular wings took almost 2 hours and all the food was ice cold (and the pizza was floppy/undercooked). The delivery girl also appeared to be on crack. I have ordered from here a few times, and noticed a steady decline in quality of food and service since the first time (which still was not great). Probably will not be ordering from here again.

Ive been buying food here for over a year and all of a sudden the service dropped their food lost quality and when you give instruction on how you want the food its not listened to I wont be buying food here anymore and they lost a weekly customer of 35.00 plus dollars. I dont understand why its so hard to actually give customers a little better service.

I went here and got hot wings. As I am sitting here watching the guy making my food is first of all on his phone while making them. He doesnt have gloves or doesnt wash his hands right after being on his phone. He takes out some of the wings to check them and touches them with his hands after touching his phone. So gross.

The pizza arrived an hour and a half late. I ordered a soft crust and I got it hard crust. And when the delivery driver came my pizza was cold. When I call to let them know what happened the girl at the phone did not even care. Their customer service is awful. I would not even put my worst enemy through that.

Go there and have a great meal lets not just a pizza parlor its a covert five star restaurant far as the food is concerned the atmosphere is more about to Star its a pizza parlor with good food Im wrong it has great food and the people there are nice too I wholeheartedly give it 5 stars going enjoy it

Every time I go to Pizza Paridiso the pizza is amazing. The staff is super friendly and they always deliver my food in a reasonable time. Ive never had an issue with them and I look forward to my next order. By far the best pizza in Orlando. All this talk is making me want some pizza right now.

Pizza Paradiso Orlando is one of the best Pizza Restaurant I have visited last year! I really love their Cheese Pizza and of course their Gluten free pizza. Customer service is also good. The crews are very polite and kind hearted! Ill be back soon. I highly recommend them to you!
