Their food is just alright I guess, but their customer service is horrible!!! Because of the nature of my job, sometimes I have to order my food to be delivered. Well, this people have delivery service, but they also have a minimum of $10 which is pretty much standard for some small restaurants when they offer delivery service but the problem I have with them is the fact that sometimes they are willing to add the delivery charge towards the $10 minimum, but most of the time, here comes Stupid Girl taking the call and refusing to add the charge towards the minimum. I used to order from them at least once a week which could make people think that they should know me by now... I stopped because every time that I called to place an order, I was usually given a hard time or I had to add more money to my order so they could literally cross the friggin street (yeah, it is literally that close) and deliver my damn calzone. Last week I gave in and called again, I wanted to try them again and whoever got my call was very friendly and said "well, once you add the delivery charge you will be good". I was "great!!! Stupid Girl is not there anymore" , but my call got disconnected due to a power outage and wasnt able to place my order. Well, today I called again and guess who I got??? Stupid Girl on the phone again and literally REFUSED to take my order because it was $8 and change prior to adding the damn $2. Fine, you dont want my business? I wont call you again. Your pizza is not that special anyway.

Worst online ordering and delivery experience to date. When you order green peppers and bacon and they deliver pepperoni and hamburger then proceed to basically call you a liar via remote chat through Eat24 (which did good to support us the best they could) Im a bit turned off from ever ordering through them again. I order pizza online a lot for friends all over the country and Ive never had problems before - literally ever. Then this place comes along. The entire situation ends with them basically saying, "well refund the money because we are too busy to make another pizza". Now, Im sorry, but what happened to pride in what you do? Grand or simple - you should take pride in doing good work and taking care of your customer. Too busy to make another pizza? Thats basically saying, "hey we found this thing in the back and were giving it to you and youre going to take it and like it because were too busy to make the thing you ordered even though you waited 50m for it". The person I ordered it for lives literally right around the corner from the joint and it took 50m. I get it, takes time to make an extra extra large pizza and what not, but when the wrong order arrives with half chewed mazzi sticks and at the cost they charge? Nope. Highly do NOT recommend.

Had a order delivered to my house. Pizza was cold, soda was wrong, wings were dry, garlic knots were missing garlic. Went to talk to driver about said complaints didnt speak English told me to call restaurant. Called restaurant where I was told nothing could be done because a manager wasnt there and to call back the next day. Called back, manager said the only thing he could do was give me a credit, I want my money back but this isnt something they do. He gave me a bunch of excuses, we dont normally deliver to your residence (food from here has been delivered on numerous occasions with no issues). Because it is so "far away" that is why all my food was cold. This place is usually good but all this to happen in one order is ridiculous. While on the phone with the manager he said he had customers in line and then hung up on me. Will never easy here again. Hopefully no one else goes through what I have had to go through.

The service in this restaurant is HORRIBLE!....Pizza is great but service is HORRIBLE I ordered a pizza at 6:30 and at 7pm they (their third party service) called me telling me that I was not in their delivery range...mind you I live 2 miles from the restaurant! I called the actual pizza place just to be answered "I love New York Pizza HOLD" all in one breath; no Hi, can you please hold....nothing. Tried calling back to talk to the manager so they can know how horrible their third party service is, as I am assuming they are being charged for their "service". Well I can tell you this much, great food can be highly over shadowed by horrible service....THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME A BELOW SERVICE SITUATION HAS HAPPENED. I always try giving people chances as it could be their bad day....but this is just a perpetual bad day!

one word to describe ol wanna be NY pizza. FAKE!!! Im from jersey and my buddy is from NY. and we from up north know. pizza,pasta. well we con a start will the meatballs. they was the driest things Ive tasted.the ziti was swimming in water with the nasty smelling wanna be Italian sause. my buddy from NY knows his pasta and sauses in which he is a cook. said the sause smells and taste like week old garbage. we called the place and the owner says. his meatball are dry because thats how he makes them. back home Ive never seen a dot head cooking Italian food. ol my bad attempt to cook. my advise to everyone. DO NOT ORDER OR EAT THERE. YOUVE BEEN WARN!!!

Jan 28, 2016 My first time was today. I WILL go back. I got a slice of lasagna pizza and a philly cheesesteak. The pizza was fantastic and the sandwich is really good - Im still eating it right now. i ordered at the counter for carry-out. The girl at the counter was pleasant, and the place looked and felt nice and clean. Im glad i grabbed a menu. Next time Im going with a slice of that BBQ chicken pizza and a Sausage and Peppers sandwich. Thanks, - Chris Moore

Awful service, this is not the first time I have ordered with this pizza place but it definitely the last. This is the second time Ive ordered with them and order never arrived. The pizza is mediocre not worth the hassle of your food never showing up. When you call to ask the just always say its on its way. Only reason it gets any stars is if you dine in and stand right in front of them you have a 50% chance of getting okay and prompt service.

I understand some of you are comparing the pizza sold here with the pizza at home but I come from a family of pizza makers, also I was raised in NY and one thing you need to realize is the water used to make dough in NY isnt the same as the water used in Florida. With that being said this pizza is one of the best pizza I have tasted in Orlando. I drove to many pizzerias claiming NY style pizza. #1. Bronx pizza #2. I love NY pizza

Dont waste your money. Myself and my fiancé ordered chicken Alfredo entree and chicken Alfredo pizza. Alfredo tastes sour- they dropped a giant piece of fatty brown chicken on top. When I said I didnt like it she refused to give me a refund then told me "dont touch it" bc it can be used again. After I told her I already ate off the plate. Disappointing because I actually like this place at one point. Owner is rude and cheap.
