Terribly rude service!! After searching online for good pizza deals near me I found this establishment. They have coupons on website, after calling an being on hold for a few minutes the woman on the phone tells me those coupons are only for a certain time. (Keep in mind no where on the website does it specify a specific time to use coupons ). After being put back on hold for another few minutes to check because shes "new" comes back an says the same thing. I ask to please speak to the manager to explain the same thing Ive been trying to explain to her. (Thinking any reputable business would honor the coupon, their mistake on website). Few minutes later comes back an says the manager does not speak English. Seriously?!????? This place is a joke

Very disappointed I ordered some mild wings for the first time and I was very angry BC the wings were not even close to spicy or even crispy. I called the store and the girl tells me wings are made in the oven so if you wanted them more crispy should of told us.. Well hello first time ordering how was i supposed to know..!!??? WINGS SHOULD HAVE A SIGN THAT ARE MADE IN THE OVEN AND NOT DIPPED IN ANY KINDA SAUCE YOU WANT!! They dont even offer you another set of wings so the customer could be happy at least for the next time, I know there wont be another one for me, I will not order wings from there again!!

I ordered a huge order and EVERYTHING was amazing! Fyi Im a very picky person! The wings were great! stuffed shells So hot and cheesy, garlic knots and salads too! We were stuffed! My daughter ordered chicken Alfredo and loved every bite! I highly recommend if its this great all the time! Wow! It was delivery and burnt my mouth! No complaints here I LOVE HOT FOOD!! So fresh! I will add that the lady that answers the phone isnt very "great" at customer service, but If you bare with her, and have a little patience Youll get some amazing food!

I ordered 20 wings Hot, and cheese sticks. The wings, although large in size, were not very flavorful. It almost taste like the grade in the fryer needs to be changed. They had no breading (which is no problem normally) so the sauce for the wings didnt even stick. They sauce itself was very thin, no real viscosity, so the wings had very little flavor from it either. The wings were tender, cooked very well, but I like my wings wet and dripping with sauce. These werent even close. I doubt I will be back

I called at 3:12pm a girl answered the phone and said "pick up or delivery" after I answered delivery, she pulled the phone away and was arguing with someone and said "okay whatever then" and again asked me the same question. I placed my order and she said the wait was 45 mins. At 4:45 they arrived with cold pizza& black burnt wings. The ticket was left on the pizza box and LINDA sent it at 3:15pm..... By far the worst pizza Ive ever had! Will not be returning!!!!

Okay costumer service, very very bad food!! Everything was burnt, the pizza was stiff and tasted like cardboard, and was burnt even worst on the bottom than the top, garlic knots were burnt, and even the chicken wings were burnt! How can one burn chicken wings.... Im not sure but Brooklyn pizzas "chef" did! Delivery came an HOUR AND A HALF later, cold and BURNT! Unacceptable when one pays for this service.

This place is TERRIBLE!! This was our first time trying this place and they took 1 1/2 get our food it arrived cold chicken wings are BAKED!! WTH!! Never thought decides pizzahut and papa johns any REAL PIZZA PLACE CLAIMING TO HAVE NYC PIZZA DO THIS!!! Like you i was reading reviews and chose to ignore them and ordered!! JUST BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!! Pizza is tough and has no flavor and like i said was cold!!

TODAY I HAD A PARTY OF ABOUT 20 PEOPLE I CALL TO ORDER 5 PIZZAS AND IT TOOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES TO DECIDED WHAT WAS BEST TO ORDER AND I ASK FOR HELP FROM THE GUY THAT ANSWER. HE DID NOT HELP ME, HE HUNG THE PHONE AND THEN TOLD ME THAT HE COULD WAIT OR HELP BECAUSE HE HAD A LOT OF PEOPLE ON THE LINE. I UNDERSTAN BUT HE DIDNT HELP ME EITHER. HE LOST A SALE OF $80.00 DOLARS AND A CLIENT.

Placed an order to have it delivered to our hotel at Wyndham Bonnet Creek the time I placed my order was 7:30pm got my order an hour later. Then started to eat my pizza and the order was wrong. Called them back to complain the person said they were delivering another pizza and at 10:15pm called back to see where my order was and the woman said they forgot about it and hung up on me.

Terrible experience ordered a pick up for a Philly cheese steak with no mushroom and peppers and they put both and what seemed to be extra peppers and less meat. Called the location to explained and was told to bring it back I was not trying to drive back 20 mins asked to speak to manager and was told he was not available and that was my only option. No apologies or anything.

I dont normally give bad reviews but could not pass this one up. Wow, expecting chicken parmesan, got cut up breaded chicken with spaghetti noodles and no sauce. Ordered meat ravioli, had no meat, only cheese. Barbeque wings were just wings and some kind of artificial sauce that did not taste like barbeque. Red sauce tasted like it came out of a can. Disappointed.

Been coming to this location for about a year now, once or twice a month and have only gotten pizzas, but of different varieties and I have never received an issue. This place seriously dose have great pizza and when I come to pick up, the staff is always attentive and courteous. Cant rate for dine in services, but cant be bad with a nice staff.

they used to be really good about 2 years ago, but now there food sucks the potatos wedges were so hard i felt like i was biting through a half way cooked baked potato the wings looked like they were barely cooked and they brought me the wrong drink ill never eat at this location again ill stick to the one on international drive.

This place is complete trash from the staff to the look of it. Every person who works there probably never received a GED. They are extremely rude and professional. They treated me and my family with rudeness and unprofessionalism. Stay away. Tables were filthy, floor filthy and the employees look disgusting.

Well being a New Yorker this certainly is not real Brooklyn pizza however for Florida its not bad. Only place to get real good pizza is NY or Chicago... Every place else can only try. Still looking for a real NY style spot out here but for now this will do. Pizza came hot and the service was good. Thank you!
