Have you noticed Brazil on the Rise in Orlando? A few years ago there weren’t many, if at all any, Brazilian Restaurants much less a Brazilian Bakery. Now there are more Brazilian Steakhouses than you can throw a Brazilian Supermodel at. I am sure you have heard of the mammoth meat feeding at places like Texas de Brazil, Nelore, and Fogo de Chao. But have you ventured to the Brazilian Plaza on International Dr. and walked into Pao Gostoso Bakery? This semi circular plaza has a one way entrance and exit. It houses a huge Brazilian Grocery store, restaurant, shops, and Pao Gostoso Bakery. There are recent additions of outdoor patio style and sidewalk seating. The interior is airy and voluminous, with brightly painted ceiling air vents. Interior seating caters to sweet indulgences, while take out is an option. The menu features sandwiches, burgers, and Brazilian steak specialties. But the Supermodel here is Brazilian Pastries. These sumptuous goddesses are sweet and salted, baked to a perfect Brazilian tan. Puff pastry with red dot is filled with Guava and cream cheese, other puffed pastry is filled with dulce de leche, two egg custard tarts and a pumpkin milk cake. Amazing flakiness and textures here, not too over sweet. Cornmeal and milk cake – good balance of sweetness, amazing corn texture and flavor. Dulce de leche cake with nuts – creamy and sweet dulce de leche, crumbly cake. Sinful! Flan – sweet, silky, smooth, velvet sins. Cashew Fruit Drink – is sold under the Brazilian Gourmet Brand, which carries various other native Brazilian fruit drinks such as Guava, Mango, and Passion. Dubbed as the “most liberal fruit” for its exposed nut (look carefully in the picture), this fruit drink actually taste like a fresh cashew fruit. I am amazed that this drink manages to neutralize the sour taste of cashew fruit and not overpower with sweetness. Yes, I have eaten a fresh cashew fruit. There are so many different pastries in this bakery that I just can’t sample them all in one shot. With Brazil set to host the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and 2014 FIFA World Cup Soccer we should all eat more Brazilian cuisine and pastry. Don’t you think?

Ultrajante sanduiche de picanha. Custou $6.90 cada um e eu comprei 3 para levar para casa. Quando abri o sanduiche a palavra que surgiu foi exatamente: Ultrajante!!! Eram meia duzia de pequenos pedaços de carne (1 cm2 cada) envolvidos por queijo e quase inexistente alface. Senti desapontamento e revolta. Vivo em Orlando a 18 anos e o Pao Gostoso pode esperar de mim uma voz continua de descontentamento levando a outros a minha desagradavel experiencia. Outrageous picanha (steak) sandwich. It cost $ 6.90 each and I bought 3 to take home. As I opened the sandwich the word that came up was exactly: Shameful !!! It was half a dozen small pieces of meat (1 cm2 each) surrounded by cheese and lettuce almost nonexistent. I felt disappointment and outrage. I live in Orlando for 18 years and the Pao Gostoso can expect from me a voice of discontentment continually informing to others my unpleasant experience.

decepcionado, tirando a coxinha que é frita na hora e muito boa, todos os outros salgados que pedi vieram frios, e como pedi pra viagem, somente quando estava na estrada vi que rstava tudo " gelado" pao de queijo, esfirra, entre outros, e o mais frustrante foi ter pedido sonhos de doce de leite pra matar a saudade de meu Brasil, foi abrir o pacote e ver sonhos de creme igual aos dos Walmart sem gosto de nada. Quem gosta de coxinha podo ir la, mas se for comer outros salgados, verifiquem se estão quentinhos! fica a dica. E também achei desconfortável ter que perguntar o preço de tudo, já que não foi me oferecido nenhum tipo de cardápio e no balcão também não tem o preço de nada.

I bought passion fruit mousse and chocolate mouse in the little cups and I brought in home for my husband because he loves passion fruit and chocolate and he had been eating this two desserts in New York, Miami beach, Miami and other estates and he knows if it is good or not. When I gave to him and he was so happy that I thought him to buy it when he tried an little spoon of both and he said this is not good at all it is not the Brazilian ones that I eat in other places. So he put in the garbage both of them. The coxinha de frango I tried and didnt like at all because I know what is a good coxinha de frango. So I eat half. I eat at the Amor aos Pedacos Bakery and was very good. I will try to eat other thing to give a review about what was good there. For now I will be at Amor aos Pedacos for that.

Para quem está com saudades do café da manhã do Brasil e já conheceu o Panera Bread, recomendo uma visita ao Pao Gostoso Bakery. Fica na International drive escondido do lado do Camila´s restaurante. Dá pra matar a saudade, pão na chapa, mixto quente, coxinha de catupiry, suco de laranja natural, pão de queijo (não tão bom quanto o de Minas, mas quebra o galho lá). Vale a pena a visita

Theres definitely a little bit of a language barrier if you dont speak Portuguese. I cant remember the exact name but I had the fried bacalao tube thing. It tasted like it had sat in the freezer for a while and wasnt cooked completely. It it had been fresh and hotter it would have been really enjoyable. We had some coxinha catupiry which were tasty but a bit bland. We had some sort of coconut muffin pastry which was OK. We also grabbed a couple brigadeiros which were just OK as well. The flan was delicious, one of the better Ive had. It was a little hit and miss but a nice treat.

Not Happy at ALL! I called and place a order by phone to pick it up and when i got there they didnt know about my order. Im in my luch break and i had to wait for my and my co-workers food to get ready! Another extra 10 minutes. I bought 2 X-tudo, that is suppoust to come a lot of vegetables on it and all i I had was 7 pieces of corn, i counted! One thin piece of tomato and one slice of lettuce. Its not even funny! The girl told me on the phone that this sandwich is suppoust to come a lot of vegetables and this is not true! I will never go back there!

Excelente!!! Só falta melhorarem as condições para atender as necessidades de bebês, como colocar trocador no banheiro masculino (não sei se o feminino possui) e disponibilizar cadeirinha para bebês mais confortável e segura. Quanto à comida, me senti no Brasil!!!

WATCH OUT!!! They illegally add 10% gratuity to your bill which is prohibited for any restaurant especially a fast food. Even the once allowed automatic gratuity for a party of more than 6 people was banned by IRS in 2014 for full service. I am starting a class action lawsuit against them and theyll have to refund every single 10% charge ever charged from innocent customers for their own enrichment. Public corruption may pass in Brazil, but not In America. Besides that, the food is great and Ill continue eating there.

Five stars oh yeah, oh yeah. Jessica and Chelsea they are the best, they get the stars , more deserving than the rest. Mexican vanilla, capuccino/espresso and champagne, chocolate and strawberry lemon, we bought 12 dozen and would do it all over again.They set them up for our wedding, on time and with a smile, everyone loved those cupcakes because Delish goes the extra mile. Their retail store is delightful, small but neat; make your way to their neighborhood, Delish is pretty sweet.
