$5 is worth it for a cinnamon roll that is really good. As a kid I remember eating the best Cinnabon (across from the Build-a-bear workshop of course) that was probably over 5,000,000 calories but SO GOOD it was worth it. Today, I had the Cinnabon here and it was just not good. A pilsbury cinnamon bun that you cook at home in your oven would probably be better to be honest. It wasnt hot, it was really just moist n warm also it just didnt have enough icing. Tasted kinda nutty too, save your money!

Today we had the pleasure of stopping in for my sons favorite spot @ universal, my 3 boys love them. We were greeted @ the counter by a young lady that appeared to have some sort of physical limitation in one of her hands. This never stoped her from providing us with excellent service, with a pleasant demeanor and a genuine smile. I commend her on her effort and cinnabon for giving her the opportunity.

All 5 stars go to friendly service! Those new breakfast bisquits are sad! The advert shows a delicious looking product that looks very appetizing. The actual product barely has any egg or cheese or beacon to speak of, and it looks like something you would get at the frozen food section of.a supermarket Talk about deception . .

I didnt even buy anything at this location. However, one of the employees, Evelyn (originally from NYC) saw that my wife was sick and came out of the store concern for her well being. She immediately helped my wife and gave her a soda to help. In my book that is customer service.

Replace all the employees with ones with better attitudes, and maybe make a queue for the lines instead of it being a free-for-all, and this place would be better.

I get a wrong order and when I talk to to the cashier about it the manager LUDMY comes up and acts all rude towards me. Completely unnecessary attitude
