I read the reviews before I ordered and hesitated but ordered any ways when me and my wife got our food it was inedible. I called them back and tried to get my money back and they refused to give it back to us their fries are so soggy and cold also when the subs arrived they were also cold and soggy that the bread fell apart and the chicken was hard BEWARE EAT AT OWN RISK!!!!! P.S. DONT EXPECT YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!! My name is Jennifer H., and Im the "wife". Ive been in the culinary industry for about 17 years, including 4 honorable years in the US Army as a Food Service Specialist, with time served in Iraq in three of the kitchens at COB Speicher, Tikrit. With this, I mean "I know the basics of food", and I have the right to order out and expect (chef or not) what I pay for. Foods in a steam table with pastas, chicken, beans, rice and such should be served at no less than 155 degrees (as little) but no more than 165 degrees F... The first time we ordered delivery, the pizza dough tasted like water, completely flavorless, the cheese was ok, the pepperoni was ok, and instead of the half bacon, we got half sausage. Once we called to let them know their mistake, we were offered the next pizza free, and as other reviews before us, when we went to order our next meal, the issue was that they didnt want to honor it, yet it said in the computer "an ingredient free". I got on the phone with Diango (a manager on valentines day), and he then honored the money off. We chose to order something else instead of the pizza, and it was our valentines day meal DISASTER! The chicken parmesan was chewy, as in frozen for at least 3 months before frying, dry in areas and good in others, old and the bread of the sandwich was absolutely soggy, truly like pudding. My philly cheese steak was to be ashamed of, and the "crispy fries" I ordered, were so soggy I could throw them to the wall and stick there. They were not even at 140 degrees F. **If you deliver French fries, dont put them on a solid to-go, make holes at the top so the heat dont steam them, and if theyre extra crispy, they shouldnt be that soggy and barely warm within 15 minutes of being done.** The only thing that was good was the canolli (or however you write it). As a chef, I feel that the excuse of the manager for the only thing we mentioned before giving up and hanging up, which was that the sogginess of the fries has to do with the temperature, was an insult to me as a chef and mostly as a paying customer. Sorry to say, but they lost us as customers, I have less excuses for my food not being good when I mess something up at home than they do there. If you want, go in person, at least your food will be better.

I went there with my friend, who raved of the food there, so I was very interested in eating at this restaurant. When we got there the server gave us some garlic knots and ask us if these knots are OK or not, if they were not then they would bring us out some others. So it seemed to indicate they might be getting old and that we should taste them and notify them if they were, to replace them. I passed on eating them and our food arrived, my friend looked at his meal and found an eye lash which we return and shortly after I found a fly in my water. The waitress apologized but as far as I could tell this was no cause for alarm from whoever was in charge as if this sort of thing happens all the time. We both left and my friend high hopes of introducing me to a new restaurant that we might visit again were dashed along with his desire to return as well. Later that day I retold the story to another friend who knew of this establishment and also had bad experience with the food, this time they mention their order of spaghetti had a tin taste as if it came from a can. I wish I had a better experience and could revisit a local business, but this is not the case and would advise to stay away. I would like to add that Google has cited this place as closed or moved, and that other reviews in the past are very positive compared to my review and I can only think that this establishment has reopen under new staff and management and therefor no longer has the same quality as before.

worst service ever. I asked for water to go with my drink twice...never got it. It took OVER 30 minutes for my 3 year old to get his drink. Food took over an hour to arrive, and then it was only my sons and mine...my wife waited ANOTHER 10 mintues...and only got her food after asking for a manager...who didnt come. I had to ask again for a manager when the food came. By the time all the food got there the kids were so restless we had to take it all to go....they are great in restaurants, but 1.5 hours is asking a lot from any child. The manager finally showed up as we were paying, and after we explained the situation, he took $5 off the bill...tho because of all the drama, I didnt realize til we got home we were charged for food we never got. My wife was so upset she didnt even eat her food, so all in all it was a total waste of the one evening a month we go out. I will give them 2 stars only because when food did get there it was top notch. I will probably get food there again, but I dont recommend eating there. Im sure its a better delivery experience.

The food here is amazing and plentiful and tasty. But, dont ask for variation from the menu. We had a party of six. One asked for a Mojito and was brought a Smirnoff cooler in a bottle. He never got a mojito. One ordered a small side salad delivered with the appetizers, it came with the meal and had a serving spoon in it like it was a pasta dish. One ordered Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo with a side of capers. None of the employees, including the manager or the cook, even knew what a Casper was. One ordered Eggplant Parmesan with marinara sauce but the pasta to be separate with their specially pink vodka sauce. The eggplant came with marinara sauce, over pasta with plain tomato sauce under the eggplant. The pizza was amazing. The manager even came out to verify our order and the variations we requested. So stick to the menu and come hungry. Take your personal tastes elsewhere.

After living here in Florida for the last 5 years, and being originally from the northeast, this is the closest to genuine authentic New York pizza we have found, and weve looked and tried everywhere from Clermont to Lakeland, Altamont to Cocoa. This is it! The price is about $1.50 more for a large than other local pizzerias, but is worth $5 more per pie in my opinion. Great crust and sauce, and topped very well. Chicken and rice was good, Chicken Marcella was mediocre. Garlic knots were to doughy. But if youre looking for amazing pizza, its worth driving here. Id travel 50+ miles for this pizza, its really that good.
