1st time at the new location - they never told us there was new location and was missing items from our order. Spoke with the corporate offices and was given a $20 credit 2nd time at the new location - made a carryout order at 4:30pm to be picked up for 8pm after my sons football practice. Got there at 8:10pm to be told I would have to wait 30 minutes.... Was offered a free 20 oz for the inconvenience. 3rd visit: Order 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni flavor dipperz pizzas for delivery. Receive 1 flavor dipper pizza half pep half cheese after paying $30+ for 2 orders. Called and the manager had the order remade. 4th visit (today): Ordered about $40 worth of food and remembered that I should still have about $5 left from the credit that I had not touched. Called and the manager answered and said he didnt see a credit. Explained why I had the credit and he stated that they delete credits after 30 days (wow). He said that he would honor the $5 that should have been left on my account. When he gave me my "new total" it was the same price that I was already being charged $43.98. And he hung up fast after I said thank you and had a minute to think about it. One too many chances.

We ordered pizza for our training class at work, they said they would deliver in an hour. We watched the time and prepared for our delivery. About 35 min later we had a missed call and quickly checked at the front office to see if they were here. We tried calling back several times and no one answered. We contacted pizza hut and the person who delivered the pizza answered. He was very rude and then stated that he had to check with his manager about coming back to deliver the pizza. A long hold. We still dont understand what the problem was... we have money, they have pizza...its not supposed to be that difficult. The manger said they would not come back with the pizza. What a waste of time. We now know to never order from this pizza hut again. 900 employees have already been warned and now you have been too.

My family and I have always loved Pizza Hut, but this location is terrible. We usually get delivery and our orders are always late by 30-40 minutes past the quoted delivery time given. Along with it being late the last 2 times our food has been delivered cold. I know this location is very busy but they need to fix their problem. I was just reading all the reviews and I feel it is time for corporate to intervene because obviously the owner and managers are not doing anything to fix the issues everyone has with this store. My family and I will no longer be ordering from any Pizza Hut until something is done about this because I dont want to spend my money on companies who do not care about their product, reputation, or their customers.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 10:30 pm. Store closes at 12am... my order never got delivered.o called the store back. Their call center answered they told me they was calling the store.... they then came back to the line and told me my pizza would b delivered in 5 to 10 mins... This was at 12 am.... it it now 1 am... no call no show of no one from pizza hut. Very unprofessional. Did not deliver at all. Very happy I wasnt trying to feed children...they would have starved.... highly disappointed!!!!

Ordered twice from here, both times food was never received. Said that they knocked on the door and no one answered, which was a lie, because we never had anyone come up to our door. Both times I have been screwed out of my money and not offered any replacements or store credit. This is the WORST Pizza Hut in this area.

This location is ok. People are judging it too harshly though. It a new location (at the time of this) and theyre still building up staff and menu. When I went it was quite busy as its on a very busy road competing with McDonald and Hardys. My wait time was 10-15 mins and food tasted great. (⌒▽⌒)

Very rude people, delivered to me twice and the third time said I wasnt in their delivery area. Another time placed delivery and never got the food, called 1 1/2 later they said the driver went to our house and no one was there when three people were sitting outside waiting for the pizza.

Horrible service. Put me on hold for 18 minutes then came on to say they dont deliver to my house which is only 1.2 miles away from the store. They have no sense of urgency nor care for resolving the issue.
