I went there because pizza Hut. Com redirect me since my original location was closed for the day, unfortunately this location was not up to Pizza Hut standards, a associate was sitting down in the waiting area resting, I did wait 5 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge me, the people that were preparing the food saw me standing and didnt call the cashier that probably was sleeping somewhere, it was only 10:30pm, very poorly operated and not much of service, next time if my Pizza Hut location is close, Ill stop at Papa John.

Never again. Back in 2012, this was the best Pizza Hut in Orlando. Today, it is the worst Pizza Hut in Orlando. Ive ordered wings and they were horrible. Ive ordered pizza 5 times, and each time the pizza was horrible. They barely put any sauce on the pizza, and when you ask for extra sauce they over saturate the pizza. Finally, their premium sauce is the worst Ive ever had. Its suppose to be sweet and robust. Its so sour, It taste likes the tomatoes are spoiled.

What horrible customer service. The manager is extremely rude. Brought me the wrong pizza, and argued getting the right one sent out. Ill be using Papa Johns next time. The delivery driver and employee I spoke to was very nice, but didnt make up for the terrible manager

Great experience every time. One time I accidentally even ordered pizza from the Pizza Hut on Colonel and they offered to just make another one at the West Road location for free. I declined, but still, nice to offer. Prompt service and never had a problem.

Kind of annoyed honestly. Ordered online and made a mistake so I called to let them know and see if it could be fixed. Sat on the phone for 7 mins and no one ever picked up even to ask me to hold? So I guess theres no fixing it now

Love this location! I always get the pretzel crust pizza from here and they have never messed up on it, unlike the other Pizza Huts. Great employees too, they would call me in case the pizza was late, which is very rare.

Quick and delicious. $5 medium pizzas make Ceasars hot n readys not worth buying. Its like comparing BMW to Kia. :D
