Obnoxious music blasting so loud it was impossible to talk. A mellow, more quiet song came in in the middle of our meal...they changed it to a very loud, fast song. Ruined any chance of talking and couldnt wait to leave. It was an after school treat, a chance for us to talk about my childs day. Nope. And 12.00 for ONE small cheeseburger, small fries, and drink is outrageous. Add that to the music...wont be going back there. No wonder the dining area is empty every time we visit. It wasnt our first time but definitely the last. Three strikes and youre out. Too many other food choices around to be miserable. Its not a bar, and if the workers want the bar atmosphere, thats where they should work. Just saying.

Ordered large fries and got an order of small so I took them back to fix this . The manager got a really bad attitude with the crew and started slamming things around . I was left at the counter exchanging embarrassed glances with the crew member on register . He gave me a look like this happens all the time . As Im waiting the manager tells me she will bring my fries out to me and apologized. It was an uncomfortable situation .

Imported Idaho potatoes cut on site with the farms name on the chalk board. Fresh burger patties with a plethora of toppings to choose from including jalapenos and bacon. Be sure to bring your appetite when ordering a regular as its a double patty. The junior is a single and is still very manly. Fries done to perfection with the option to add spicy Cajun style seasoning salt, my personal favorite. Classic rock with free peanuts!

The food was great and the decor best hamburger i had in years but the staff is a whole different story there was this man that worked there i guess he had some sort of mental disability he apparently thought me and my friends where laughing at him and he basically harassed us by staring the whole time we were there and he ended up following us to the car and started tapping on the window and flicking us off when we left.

My opinion, the burgers are very good, fries were ok. However, nearly $20.00 for a burger, fries, and a soda, is expensive. Outback is cheaper, for steak, lobster, and bread, with table service. During the 45 minutes I was at the restaurant, on a Friday, during dinner, I only counted 4 other customers place orders, and one other patron at a table in the empty dining room.

Food is good but service has gone down hill badly. Tried to call in an order and the guy said "please hold", sat the phone down and just forgot about it. Tried to call back later and the phone was still off. I would hope the owner will realize the service issues and work on fixing them. Ill try back in a couple months

Hamburger was tasty, but for so called "fast-food" it took to long to receive our meal. When we walked in to the restaurant there was only two people waiting for their food, one person ordering and then we ordered. It took 15 minutes to get two hamburgers and a small fry.

Bland meat. Took almost 15 minutes to get food. They skimped on the fries. (Usually, a large will feed my family of four with leftovers. This location, I didnt eat any and my kids were still hungry.) Wont be returning here.

Cant say enough about this place! This is MY cooking without the mess! Clean...a tad pricey for a burger...but the fries (especially that extra scoop mmm) make it like Im enjoying my own perfection at home!

I love Five Guys. I would take a burger from there any day over Red Robin. The nice thing about Five Guys is consistency. Every time I go there the burger is great. I have never been disappointed.
