Im trying to figure out why there is a phone here. When the day crew "adults" are working no problem. But the evening crew which is all kids NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I see there are several reviews saying the same thing over and over again. I dont understand why the manager doesnt do anything about this. Its unfortunate because the food is good. I called at least 5 times and no answer. Went in to place an order after no answer and called while I was doing so without the girl helping me knowing I was calling. She looked at the phone while it was ringing and didnt answer. There was 2 people waiting for there food so it wasnt busy. While waiting for my food other people were calling in and she still didnt answer the phone. It is so rude and horrible customer service. This was my last time coming here I promise that.

Horrible service from the night crew only I can never get my order correct or processed and they can careless for it. I have gotten many oh wells from the cashier that works their named Luis. Never in my life of living have encountered such disgust from a place where people get paid to ensure customer service and food and its not the place because the people in the morning are great but those few individuals which clearly just dont care. Sad because the food is great as long as its not the same night crew we have came across.

In no way is their food worth the ignorant staff and poor customer service you receive. I waited for my delivery for almost 2 hours after being promised 40 minutes. When I called to see about my order, I was told that I never gave a specific sauce so no order was placed, but yet they had immediately charged my credit card and absolutely no one bothered to call me back to verify something as simple as a sauce. I was just too lazy to drive, but trust me, the Wing Stop in Fort Pierce is the better choice.

Disgusting looking, unfriendly staff, food was terrible, bathrooms were atrocious... I could go all day with the negative adjectives. Shorthand version: its better to be great at one thing than sub par on two. Also, just because you want to open a restaurant, doesnt mean that you should...

Just like everyone else have said the wings are good but the customer service HORRIBLE. Obviously the owner doesnt care because he has done anything about it. I called to place an order and someone picked up laughing and hung up....so rude. I refuse to give my money to them anymore.

Horrible staff. Told order would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived accordingly 20 minutes after order call. Food still not done. Cashier on his phone playing music. Other young employee rude with customers. Waited a whole hour and half for 6 wings and french fries.

The wings are great. Unfortunately the service is a little slow & they take a long time to answer the phone. Best if you call way in advance & if they tell you it will be 20 minutes, add another 10 minutes to that.
