Man... The store is filthy except for when the day crew thoroughly cleans the tables and Sweep under the tables. The G.M. John I believe is what his name was is a total ass hole, yelling at his "Team" while everybodys still doing their jobs right but under pressure. I Promised myself Id keep coming by because of the really good service up front by Sarah, & Tyler But I believe they either just let Tyler go or the young man may have quit but Ill only be coming by for now on when Sarah is working. Otherwise, I wouldnt be surprised if the damn place closes due to all the leaks in the ceiling. Its Disgusting.... Wouldnt recommend this store. If you like kfc and taco bell and live in the same area, theres a taco bell and kfc right off of u.s. 19 in palm harbor, have had much better experiences there in all honesty, I guess now Ill write a review on them with a more positive note haha.

This Taco Bell continues to prove they are the worst taco bell in the country every time I visit this location. They have messed up my order countless times whether it be wrong items, or incorrectly/poorly made items, or just forgetting items completely. On top of that they are constantly out of certain menu items including the most basic of things, one time I was told they had no soft tacos. Also takes at least 10-15 minutes when theres 1 or 2 cars in front of you, its taken up to 30 minutes on a couple of occasions. Its well worth an extra 5-10 minute drive to the next closest taco bell.

Long Johns and Taco Bell are not usuals for us, but I gave into the commercials for the $5 double chalupa box. My wife ordered hush puppies. Our order was kind off unusual, but it was one stop. The guy handling the drive thru was very polite. The double chalupa was tasty with the nacho cheese sauce. My regular taco was soggy and falling apart. It stuck to the wrapper. The Doritos Loco taco was a little better with the card board, but still soggy. The wife was happy with her hush puppies and tater sauce. Shed already eaten, so it worked out.

Where do I start....wet tacos, cantons bowl had zero in it, just lettuce and chicken, didnt ask for a salad. It took FOREVER and they had no straws for our drinks and no forks, and didnt give correct sauces and food was horrible Threw 1.5 or the 2 tacos out and 90 % of my so called bowl. Tried calling and no answer but as it rang for ages I realized I had called this store before, guess it was too long ago to recall why but can bet your butt I wont be going back. Come on people.show some dignity, you should be embarrassed

The moldy ceiling tiles and peeling paint is dangling precariously over the food. My seat is held together by red duct tape. There is a poster of a tomato on the wall, and the paper has white mold growing all over it. I dont know if there was severe flood damage here or what, but the place has the look and feel of a crackhouse. This place is a health hazard, and needs to be shut down until the necessary repairs are made. On the plus side, my server was very friendly.

Just poor management. There is always some issue. My favorite to date is when they "ran out of the tortillas necessary to make any kind of burrito." Other notable memories include a really long wait just to get to the window to find the staff goofing off, making everyone wait on a credit card machine to come back up (which it never did) and the time honored getting the order wrong. But seriously, they couldnt make tacos at Taco Bell.

I honestly dont blame them for half of the things thats wrong with the store .....the city doesnt help them with half the thing they need to male it better .......ive vistited the place and the employees are hard workers and they always get crap from customers , i have seen this happen myself.... but other then that the store is great

Id give them 0 stars if I could. Worst taco bell Ive ever been to. Been there 4 times, every time the order was messed up. My last time there (today) they gave me the wrong burritos.. went back and they scraped out the wrong stuff and added the correct stuff on top of it. Please dont go there

Worst experience ever, Saturday night and no Nacho Cheese, no Wings as this is a KFC/Taco Bell and they dont even care about it. This store is always out of about half my order but make me wait to get to the window before they figure that out. Didnt even want to give one star.

Terrible!!!!!. No taco truck one day, no beef another and out of certain chicken. And the person was so rude. When we pulled up all employees were outside talking. Had to wait for him to come in to the window to be nasty that they were out of everything

3 people eating while I was here so not busy at all, rest room was a mess, every table was dirty, a sauce must have exploded during shipping but they never clean the packets, so when I grab some sauce gets everywhere, hard tacos were all stale.
