Terrible experience and i will never be back. As a diabetic i asked for no salt on my french fries. The fries were sitting out for a while until an employee comes along and puts a ton of salt on the fries. i got mad because i was waiting there for over 5 minutes for salt free fries. I requested fries without salt. The worker became mad and threw a fit. Some other customer, possibly an off duty employee started cussing at me because i asked for my order a certain way. After i finally got my order correct the worker told me im not allowed there again. Even if i was paid i would not go. Terrible service. There is a reason this place has no business and terrible reviews online. Do yourself the favor and do not go to this location.

I was passing through on my way to a family function with my son. Tell me why i specifically ask for 1 sandwich with light mayo and a 2nd sandwich with no lettuce and when we arrive neither of those things happend. No I am back out to get my son something to eat because he has a stomach disorder that he cannot eat lettuce. And the light mayo was for my grandmother who cant consume large quantities of oil and salt. When a special order comes through a drivethru it is not to be looked at as annoying. Certain people have medical conditions that should not have to be said to get something the way they already ordered it. Major disappointment.

Very disappointing about covers it. My order was wrong. Restroom dirty and very dated looking. Handicap for opener didnt work. CSR was very She was not very happy to answer my questions about menu. Felt as though I was an inconvenience. I overheard CSR complaining to another customer about me to another customer cause I took to long. Food came out cold as well and soggy onion rings. Should have just taken it back up, but I was in hurry. At least the soda options are nice.

French fries and chicken fries were all hard as a rock. Im talking no chicken instead at all and so hard all it was bread crumbs. It was cold and just offel. I will never come back to this Burger King ever again. Always poor service every time I go and im just sick of spending my money somewhere where they always get something wrong or my food doesnt taste fresh it just like junk. I could of got a better meal at publix for 7 dollars

These reviews are all my experience as well. I even went there the night no one was there. However, since they remodeled it I thought maybe they are taking a new approach let me try them again. This morning I stopped in for a hurry up breakfast and ordered the double meat cresent. The egg was still frozen in the middle. The staff was polite, I will give them that, but the food was horrible and now I have a sour stomach.

Worst burger king ive ever been too asked questions about the new big king and some other things got laughed at asked for no pickle told that they couldnt do that and this was by the mixed manager and. "Erica" apparently the managers arent allowed to give their names out and i will make sure corporate will be hearing about how rude and nasty this place is i understand its fast food but still

Signs say the drive through is open 24 hours. At 11:30 p.m., the lights are on, but nobody is home. If there was an emergency, the least they could have done is put up a sign rather than let lines of people sit at the drive through waiting for service that would never come. Sad thing is, this is the best burger king around here.

The level of competency has gone down tremendously. They never get orders right anymore. I went this morning for breakfast and ordered a sausage bisquit...they didnt put the sausage patty on there. Fast food doesnt take a great deal of brain power, but somehow simple tasks for these workers are far too complicated.

Last two times have been terrible...asked for unsweet tea, got sweet tea. Ordered whopper got whopper jr. (Big price difference!!!). I even repeated and corrected my order twice. Long wait after order, confused lady at window, confirmed and corrected order still wrong. Chicken nuggets were old...

Thank you for the worst fast food experience of my life. The milkshake was glorified choclate milk. Those unfortunate few of us were made to wait as the 5 cars in the drive through were prioritized. F<:k everyone working here at 8:20pm on 12/16/16. Seriously, #uc( you people.

Food and service was fine but they have that stupid Coke machine with the touchscreen. Only one person at a time, it doesnt taste anything like what you want and forget about it if there is a child or Senior Citizen in front of you. I will avoid this location in the future.

My favorite and best location because there always nice, friendly and fast with your order. Hedi the cashier is always nice and friendly makes the visit fun and puts a smile on ur face. Food is always hot and fresh come here at lunch rush and still fast and fresh food.

Have they stopped cooking their onion rings? I swear, back in the day BKs onion rings were so awesome, but now I dont think they keep them in the fryer long enough. Frozen lettuce in my salad, just overall CRAP...I used to rank them above McD...but no more.

Food was good we had gotten there about 9:30 they closed at 10 At 10 we were told to leave , I was almost done but forced to leave. If waitIng a few minutes is such an inconvenience to them I can spend my money elsewhere. Wont go to Burger King again.

I got the 329 meal which was two burgers fries and a drink and it filled me up the people that worked there were very nice and friendly and I didnt have to wait in a long line which is good for me cuz Im usually in a hurry.

I am visiting from Virginia and the atmosphere was very friendly! The employees were smiling and seemed like they enjoyed working there. The place was clean and the food was good. Will eat there again when ever Im in town!

Fries werent hot but werent cold. Probably a little old sitting in warmer. Should have asked for onion rings. Burger was the same. Worth the money? Not really. But it was my lunch break didnt want to waste time.

$1.49 nuggets are an awesome deal for a broke college kid, however, not so much when they make you pay for the car in front of you. They refunded for the meal and still made me pay for my nuggets.

make sure to check your bag, they give out the wrong orders, and even when you tell them what you ordered they still cant get the right items in the bag. very slow drive thru.
