Exceptional customer service! I was in awe! No exaggeration! From the moment, I walked in I was greeted by Spencer and another young lady. After they cashed me out, Spencer ran over and opened the door but I decided to dine in... When I sat down, the young lady offered me a bottle of water and Spencer offered me chocolate chip cookies to go along with my pico de gallo chips and meal I purchased... No lie, they were more attentive than your average waiter at a restaurant. Spencer kept asking if I was okay or needed anything else... When I was leaving he was walking over to even open the recycling bin for me.. This is why I m writing this review because the type of customer service today displayed by Spencer and the fitlife staff was so refreshing. Thank you Spencer for making my day with your excellent customer service! Oh and the Caesar chicken was greeeaaaat!

Honestly Ive been there more than once and right off the bat, the people Ive had to deal with at least that work there are jerks or in a bad mood. 2nd, I find it easily overpriced for the portion size considering I myself meal prep but on occasion have stopped by when Ive been too busy. And the most important part of all, the food itself. Ive tried several dishes, one I literally just tossed in the trash a minute ago, and they all seen to have this weird taste that will upset my stomach and kill my appetite for the day. This may in part be do to the fact that each container I have sitting here has 800-900+mg of sodium. So much for "fit" life lol. Idk Im just personally not a fan at all.

Stumbled upon this and was so excited. Its hard to find quick but healthy options for lunch. This was a great surprise and not any more expensive than any other options. Try it you wont be sorry.

Good fresh food. Microwaves available to eat a healthy quick meal. Little bit more cost, for the freshness. Right sized portions are great for eating there or to take.

If you are cooking for 1 or 2 the cost for this food is only a few cents more per meal. But you need to get there early for best selection. Food is good.
