Looking at other reviews it is possible I was here in an off day. We drove to Lancaster to visit Rising Park (awesome!) and we went to this Dairy Queen after. I ordered a medium banana split blizzard. I had two small bites of banana and one small bite of pineapple in the bottom. My daughter ordered the fudge stuffed cookie and it was so frozen in the middle it broke her fork. The restaurant was so filthy we left and ate in the car. Otherwise I would have returned it all the counter and asked for a refund. I probably should have known this was going to be a bad experience. There was another customer complaining to the manager when we walked in.

Dont get me wrong I like DQ but I wish that they would post the time they are open online and that if they are closed please turn your menu board lights off. Hate when I have to sit in the drive thru thinking you are open because it clearly looks like you are, when truly you are closed.

They are very quick on fulfilling birthday cake orders and a wide variety of different theme cakes to choose from. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is if you go through the Drive thru it is crazy slow, but then again I think most Dairy Queen restaurants are that way.

Dairy Queen was very pleasant and clean. Cashiers were courteous and energetic to wait on customers. My vanilla malt was so delicious. My friend got a peanut butter and caramel milkshake. They let him add caramel to his peanut butter shake. It was a fun time!

The manager was very unprofessional yelling across the store at other employees. The two girls working in the back near hot grease with short shorts on was not okay. I found it taste less. There short should have been by there knees not up buy there butrs

I didnt appreciate the fact that i was there for 15 minutes looking at the cakes and someone else came in and they immediately asked him if he needed help. Besides that great food. (Probably my cologne)
