Went here for a date night with my wife. Service was awful from the start. We had to take our 4 year old son, and we were treated like it was an inconvenience to the staff. We were looked over and ignored by the hostess. The waitress was rude and lazy . The water was tap. The mixed drinks were disgusting. The shrimp was old and frozen. The only food that tasted good was the complementary cornbread muffins(complementary only for the first 3. After that there is a charge). Which we were told, in a nasty tone "youll have to pay for those". We were seated at a 2 person booth with an extra chair for our little guy. Before we were finished our waitress asked to remove the chair because it was in the Isle. I have had some bad restaurant experiences before, but never this bad. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

the only reason i even am giving it 3 stars was because the food was good.. the service was awful! we went on off hours about 4:30 on a sat. night and there was horrible service .. no management paying any attention to the restaurant what so ever.. we had to go up to the bar to get a drink because no one came over. then we had order our meal at the bar, no one still came over. when i got my chowder i had to go up to the bar once again to ask for crackers. when i ordered a salmon sandwich the waitress finally came over to tell me they were out of salmon. They totally need to get some management in that restaurant before they go out of business. The 2 guys that looked like managers were just talking to the servers and not paying any attention to anything else

The food was decent, selection not that great. What upset me was I asked for a togo box for the other half of my quesadilla. When paying for the bill I forgot my togo box on the table. I was not even to my car when I remembered and turned around and went back for it. Very disappointed they had already thrown it away. There went the other half of my meal I paid for. Not a big deal but they could have held on to it as a courtesy for at least 10mins given I did ask for the box so maybe I wanted my food and would have come back for it!!!

I come here often with coworkers. The restaurant itself is very nice, which is really the only reason I enjoy this place. The food is alright nothing special 6.5 out of 10; for the price they charge I would like the food to be a little more flavorful. The drinks arent the best though, I think the bartender could use some training. Today I ordered sangria and it was NOT sangria. It was red wine on ice with a lime in it...this is not an exaggeratoon. The best food Ive had here was the muffin while waiting for your lunch.

Loved this for a casual, fairly priced bar/restaurant in the Oldsmar area. Previously Cityfish was the only place for a consistently good meal. This was our second visit, so it is time for a review. Both visits the pulled chicken salad was exceptional. A half order was more than enough. Ahi tuna appetizer prepared perfectly and a very nice portion. And the mini corn muffins that are served to the table are brushed with a cinnamon butter...So delicious. Looking forward to a third visit.

Just had an early dinner here, and we couldnt have been more pleased! Tamer, our server was charming and very attentive, and recommended all the food. We had the fresh backened hogfish and Lafitte seafood melange of shellfish with fresh mahi accompanied with southern style collard greens. Outstanding, all of it! Tamer was right on all counts! Loved, loved it. Priced very well, drinks were great and 2 for 1! We will be back soon!! You wont regret it! Well done!

Took my wife out for Mothers day dinner and we were not impressed! My sons salad arrived with a yellow bug with legs still included. So we alert the waitress she brings another one along with our meal which included my daughters steak that was suppose to be medium well but in reality it was raw. That sums up our experience and it will be the last time I spend 100 dollars there. Maybe the manager needs to do service recovery.

Hostess was not friendly and got a feeling she was gossiping about customers with other servers, service slow although he was nice, food wasnt good, too much of one flavor (mayo based onion crusted salmon ) & not enough flavor in other things (island greens & coconut crusted fish) ..salad dressing strange tasting .. dont sit outside if you dont like cigarette smoke and loud drinking patrons. Wouldnt go back.

Service was good...but now today my BF and I are sick in bed with Food Posioning. He had the Filet And Cesar Salad. I had the filet as well but on skewers. I only had a few pieces of the filet and he had 8oz. It was the only place we ate yesterday since we were on the go. He has been up throwing up and diarrhea all night. I have been up with the worst stomach cramps and nausea. Something isnt right!

We came here after Christmas with a small group. The place was packed and I believe they were understaffed which resulted in us waiting a while for our food. Server was nice, albeit due to the high number of patrons it took forever to get condiments, and general assistance. I had the pulled chicken salad, which was not good, did not have good flavor or presentation.

Usually this is a favorite stop for us before going to the movies just around the corner. Our last visit had wait staff that was disorganised and in turn made us late for our movie. Management needs to keep on top of their staff and this will return to the more enjoyable previous rendezvous we would meet our friends at before the next night at the cinema.

Fantastic location, private dining, room, impeccable service, and great food! Management worked with us to provide a great menu for our 30+ guests, provided 2 dedicated servers, Nicole and Andrew, and knocked it out of the park for our rehearsal dinner. I highly recommend them or any of the other BayStar Restaurant Group restaurants for any event.

One of our favorite restaurants in Oldsmar. We try to visit once a month or so and have been there numerous times, never disappointed. Several of our friends love joining us there as well. I usually order the wedge salad and jerk chicken wings, my wife loves the coconut shrimp. Great atmosphere, fun place!

Very nice restaurant. If you get there between 11:30 am and 5:30 pm any day of the week there are early menu items that are a great bargain. They often have Hogfish, if you havent tried it before its a must. I like it Panko breaded. The Jamaican greens are my favorite side. They have a full bar.

Our favorite place to enjoy a reasonably priced glass of wine, always excellent food that is consistent, relaxed atmosphere at the popular bar setting which is inside and outside. Not to mention the live music on weekends. Friendly service from staff and a manager that cares about his patrons.

This is one of the great places that I have eaten. The food and service was great. The grouper is the best by far. You get a big fish fillet. There corn bread mini muffins are good as well. There jerk sauce is very tasty. Is you like spices you have to try it. We will be back
