Thanks to online reservations and the ability to email my specific request in to the manager of this restaurant, I was able to enjoy the PERFECT evening with my wife, for our wedding anniversary. This included a bottle of champagne already chilling at our table when we were seated. Our server, Cory, was personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire evening. He was virtually - flawless! Dinner was outstanding with my steak cooked perfectly and the “Wild Sockeye Salmon With Spinach, Bacon, Blue” (on the ‘special’ menu) that my wife ordered so good she ‘wanted to cry’. Sounds crazy right? NO! We have enjoyed many nice meals in the Clearwater area, but this night took the cake. Speaking of cake - my wife’s creme brûlée was to die for, and wrapped up our evening with a bang! Thanks to the anonymous chef, Cory our server, and Brad the managing partner for making our anniversary as perfect as our marriage has been, thus far. You all supplied us with a night to remember (thanks for taking awesome photos Cory) and share with our friends. I couldn’t give this establishment a higher recommendation if I tried. PERFECTION! 5 out of 5 stars all across the board. Bonefish in Clearwater is priced appropriately for the food (with fine dining presentation and taste) and exquisite service you will receive there.

Every piece of broccoli I was served was rotten, all had brown and black areas. Servers forgot to bring eating utensils to myself and others, until myself and others asked for them to other people (apparently "supervisors" standing chatting by the door (not the desk by the door) but just standing by the door chatting privately, laughing and having a good time. Servers and so-called supervisors are totally useless. People were waiting for tables between 45 minutes and an hour, while there were plenty of empty tables. Super bad and unhealthy food choices for high prices. Super loud music and some very vulgar women laughing extremely loud. People sitting at far away tables were complaining of the loud music and the loud, yelling women who were loudly flirting with and yelling very loudly to the men by these women instead of talking -- on the other hand, maybe they felt they HAD TO yell since the music was so very loud? I was wondering if this place was in what people call a "red zone". Your place has the worst food, the worst servers, the worst supervisors and the worst managers and the worst ambience I have ever been to in my life and I have traveled all over the world and have lived here in Clearwater since 1997. I would never go there again even if I was paid to go there.

Came to this Bonefish yesterday for the Sunday brunch, and everything about the experience was awful. The restaurant had only a few other guests and it took us an hour to get our food. When we did get it it was lukewarm, the eggs were not cooked properly and the potatoes were hard. The bread felt as though it was stale and had been under a warmer for 30 minutes. We asked to speak to a manager and Derrick gave us a canned response "this is the first time Im hearing about slow service, Im going to investigate, etc.". (We asked another server for his name since he never told us). It was apparent he didnt care and he never came back to apologize. We had another server tell us that there was no team work going on in the restaurant. When a server admits this to guests, thats a major red flag that there is an issue with management. We will never come back to this Bonefish location, and will advise others to stay away as well.

We ate here twice in one week. Both experiences were less than acceptable. We waited over an hour for our dinner the first time. The waitress stated it was because they were making fresh mashed potatoes for us. When the dishes finally arrived, the potatoes were COLD...as was the steak. The lobster tails were rubbery and overcooked. We ended up leaving with to go boxes because we werent even hungry since the dishes were so Unappetizing. The manager comped our meal, so we decided to try again later in the week. Unfortunately, it was crowded and loud and slow...again...and we decided it would be our last attempt at this particular location. The owners need to expand to accommodate the demand. Waiters and waitresses were literally tripping over each other to get into the cramped kitchen area through a small passthrough.

I made reservations online a couple weeks early and added a note that my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. We arrived on time and we were greeted and seated quickly. While we were looking through the menu, the manager came to our table with two glasses of Champaign with a raspberry in each. He personally welcomed us to the restaurant and congratulated us on our anniversary. Our food was very good and the service was great. The manager made another stop over to make sure everything was going well and said to let him know if we needed anything. As we were leaving, the hostess told us to have a great night and said "Happy Anniversary". Very friendly bunch of people that seem to make an effort to make special nights a bit more special. Highly recommended.

We arrived on Saturday evening for a "date night " to hear a woman complaining that she had a reservation and was told she had to wait 40 minutes. We opted to sit at the high tops for faster dining. I ordered the grilled sea scallops and shrimp with augrotin potatoes and sauté spinach. Well the Scallops we NOT Sea Scallops they were so small. My potatoes were cold. Our server did come back I complained about the potatoes and she quickly brought me out another serving of luke.warm potatoes. And there she went. When she did return I told her about the potatoes no offer for anything else. So I left hungry. Small scallops and no potatoes. Dissatisfied !!!!

Huge disappointment: Entree arrived immediately after bread arrived. Barely had 2 sips of wine and dinner arrived..... when we complained to the waitress she "argued with us". Asked to talk with Mgr. he apologized said they were going thru rough times and got us another waitress... She was very nice and attentive.. Meal good except spinach was cold!!! We have been going to this Bonefish for years since we live in the neighborhood. But never again. Happy hour over at 6:30 and we missed it by 10 min. Mgr. did not make any adjustment in bill. He should have at least bought the 1st round!!!!. We will go elsewhere....

Our server Michael was fantastic. He was attentive, friendly, gave great recommendations and was very proactive with our two young boys. Food was excellent - calamari, bang bang shrimp tacos, cole slaw, pompano and crab dish, everything. Server Michael put together a fruit side dish that wasnt on the menu for my son and engaged with our boys instead of brushing them off like most servers do. He asked us if we wanted their juice watered down, timed our food to keep them busy, and snuck me the dessert menu without mentioning it. Some of the best service and food that weve had. I wish we had tipped him more! Next time for sure!
