Favorite neighborhood grocery store. I have shopped at this location for 20 years or more. (however long theyve been opened) Their customer service and individual treatment is impeccable. The majority of the employees are long time employees, so everyone whos from our neighborhoods all all know the store clerks by first names as they will us to. This location is the ONLY Publix store that is a neighborhood store, completely surrounded by neighborhoods.. Rather than busy intersections, highways or even bypass main roadways. We are a rarity in todays day in time. I have also noticed this location has a higher rate of disabled persons being employed there. No matter their level disabilities they are given a job to be proud of and always treated with the upmost respect by everyone. You couldnt possibly compare this location to any other in Marion County.. No matter if the store is newer, bigger, brighter, or glamorous my loyalty will always be with the Pearl Britain Publix and all of the wonderful employees Ive grown to care about and know personally after all the years of shopping there.

I go here for fresh subs from the deli often for nights i dont want to cook or dont have time the staff is always polite and freindly they always act like real people they dont just do there job to get it over with they actually enjoy serving you and it shows they go over and beyond for their customers . i ordered subs last week and asked my staff memeber who made my sub to put some sub sauce in a cup seperate for me so it didnt make my sandwhich soggy and i forgot and walked away with my sub without my sauce and continued to grab a few more groceries and this staff member left the deli to come find me and handed it to me politely wrapped up nicely to avoid leaking . fantastic place

I like Publix for a lot of reasons I like their Fresh Products but two of the real reasons I like Publix I like the wide parking places and I love the friendliness and the helpfulness of everyone in the store when checking out they are friendly courteous and there is almost always someone there to help you unload your buggy which means a lot to me with bad arthritic hands and a bad back it means the world to me to have them help me unload my buggy always sweet always nice I like the variety of foods products brands that Publix carries its my shopping place thank you

We stopped going to Winn-Dixie after the new card glitches so we come here now and its sooooo much better. People are nice, the stores clean. The one downside is the bathroom is tiny. If you bed to change a diaper, leave the stroller outside and forget about letting another person in, to get to the other stall.

Do not shop there , their customer service experience is worst than Walmart, current store manager Garry and other customer service managers are never around. Employees dont greet and offer to help. And meat and seafood departments are the worst also.
