My family has loved Panera in Plant city since it opened and weve eaten there at least 2-5 times a week. I went in about a month ago to find out you took the Big kids Grill cheese ( something Ive ordered for my son for years ) off the menu and the only way to order it was by "building it" . I still ordered it and my grill cheese sandwich was over $10 ! . I expressed my dissatisfaction to female manager and she confirmed what girl at register told me and looked right at me and said " WELL DO WANT IT !"... There were people behind me on line and she put me on the spot and like an Idiot I said "yes". Well... Panera was a big part of my familys diet and myself or my family has never gone back nor will I ever give another dime to the company. Raising the price to over $10 on a grill cheese sandwich + being rude=lost customer 4 life

I have given up complaining at this location because the change never seems to happen. For months, I have pointed out problems with their flavored teas. Several of them are incredibly weak, barely tinted water. I realize the machines are supposed to brew it for them precisely, but obviously the MACHINES ARE BROKEN! If staff was trained to recognize what the product should look like, they could avoid serving an inferior product. Today was the worst. Not only was my favorite tea made wrong again, my clam chowder was brown. Brown. Like someone forgot to add the cream. Seriously, learn your dang product! I will be making the drive to the Lakeland store from now on.

The food was amazing, first time experience so I got to say. Now I will think twice before chose mcdonalds or another place to eat. The service I received was great. But just something that disappointed me was how the workers were talking about a customer who had complained about needing silver wear which were in the wash. And had came in multiple times. I dont think having fun is a crime. But when I am by the door and can hear you talking about someone being unsatisfied there that kinda will make you think twice! Just a thought. besides that it was AWESOME!

Usually, I love Panera but have all kinds of problems with this store. Parking is often packed and they dont enforce the 5 minute parking spots so a "rapid" pickup often isnt. They dont update what is available to order online so choices are unnecessarily diminished. One particular cashier was quite short with me (maybe just having a bad day). And orders have been wrong. Still good food since its a Panera but dont expect the same quality service as other Panera restaurants.

If I could give no star, that would be what they would get. 2 weeks in a row, you call in your order and some how you order is not there. The excuse is because of a customer may have grab it by accident. And then, they dont have any to replace what youve ordered. How is that, they are in the business of making bagels,breads and pastries. Dont waste your time going to this business. Do your self a favor and just find another Panera and or a different place like Dunkin Donuts.

The food is good but this Panera Bread has a habit of closing early on Sundays. If Panera Bread in Plant City wants to keep closing early on Sundays, why not consider only opening in the morning hours only or closing completely on Sundays like Chick-Fil-A? Stop doing a disservice to your customers in Plant City by not closing earlier than your regular operating hours on Sunday!

This restaurants service has improved over the last 2 years. Catering service over the phone and just plain calling them used to be horrible, but Ive noticed an improvement in staff attitude so hopefully it will stay better! Food is always great here, and fast service for to-go orders.

The coffee was good and fresh but my food was horrid. The pita bread and hummus were dried out and it was all around sloppy. Not worth the money I spent, will not be returning.
