AVOID this place on Sundays if you care about getting what you ordered. A month ago, my sausage, egg and cheese sandwich was made without its meat. Today I had to ask twice for my bagels before they got around to slicing and toasting them, after 3 people behind me had been served! I asked twice for a big tub of low fat cream cheese, was not charged for it, and when I went back to ask about it, they handed me a little one. When I realized I was not charged for it I did the right thing and took it back. Hearing the manager discipline her employees right in front of me did nothing to inspire my confidence in their abilities. My cashier looked right through me like she was utterly unsure and terrified. Is the fact that Sundays are busy a surprise to these people or are they so sure of their position in the community that they think crappy service is acceptable?!? Ill never return to this location. Better service can be found at the Sheffield and Westlake Paneras. (PS. Despite their guarantee of quality service, no free apology treat was given for todays botched order. Despite the facts that this guarantee is printed on their receipts and that my complaint reached the manager today.)

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. We went last night and after the couple in front of us ordered the girl who rang them up went over to make their drinks in the cafe. I stood patiently as I thought one of the 3-4 people standing in the sandwich/salad area who were doing nothing other than goofing around would have gotten a clue to come over and take the rest of our orders in line. No one came over. The woman behind me finally asked if there was someone else who could help us and she had to get the MANAGERs attention who was part of this group in the other area to come over and take our orders. It was not crowded at all in there, no excuse to have had to wait like that and basically be ignored. The bathroom was also filthy, I walked in and walked out.

I have been to the Avon Ohio Panera many times in the past. On my recent visit I was Very disappointed when I ordred and was assured that black bean soup was available, after ordering the pick 2 , a cup of the black bean soup and a 1/2 classic salad and a med. Coffee, I was informed that they no longer offer the classic salad. I ordered a 1/2 Greek salad. When I picked up order I was informed that there was no black bean soup offered that day. I did Not want another kind of soup ( due to med. restricted diet) their suggestion was to take a whole salad, which I was told was more expensive & I would not be charged extra in place of the 1/2 cup of black bean soup which was not available. I took the whole salad. Not happy about the whole experience.

I LOVED the food but we arrived at lunchtime on a Friday. Only 1 cashier taking orders, I believe she was new because she had to call a manager over for help with every order placed! Someone in our party was not given her drink, when asked,the manager was rude and did not help. When I went up and asked, once again manager was rude to me! We did get our drink, however!

Came in with a friend got 2 cups of coffee both in a mug, one of the mugs had lipstick on it from a previous customer, and mine had dried coffee all on the inside as well. After finding out about the lipstick we got different cups, Owen was nice and apologized and gave us new cups

My wife drags me here everyone in a while and I simply dont get the hype of this place. Way over priced for what you get. $12 to fill up on a sandwich and a cup of soup? Then when your done youve got to take your own dirty dishes up to a filthy communal service tub? No thanks!

Ordered a bakers dozen bagels with our breakfast order. First Panera where they looked at us and yelled at us that the order was ready. Every where else (25+ places) brought it to our table. Guess that it is the simple things in life. . .
