My family a party of six was very excited to go to a new restaurant in town being Hooters Which went out of business here approximately five years ago, anyway this is the restaurant my family chose to have a belated Mothers Day dinner at, but unfortunately we had a horrible experience my mom ordered the fish and fries, Vonny bought it to her that Fish was raw, So she sent it back when it came back out and had curly fries and they specifically ask you what kind of fries and she didnt want curly fries. Next I look over at my sons plate and it is completely filthy, so the rest of us check our plates , And unfortunately everyone of them were dirty and not just like a little speck they were greasy and just plain dirty, thats absolutely disgusting and we did talk to the manager and employees the manager did comp our meal which he should have , he himself saw how dirty all of the plates work. We greatly appreciate it being that nobody got to eat their food , except my son who had a grilled cheese and we put that on a paper towel. Lets just say its safe to say that none of us will be returning! J.L.Breese

Terrible service, mediocre food. Our server, Megan, barely managed to take our order correctly and then disappeared to chat up some friends of hers who came to the restaurant. Someone else brought our food. We never received any drink refills. She finally reappeared to bring the check. She failed to provide a pen with the credit card receipt. Ive gotten better service at McDonalds. Management needs to step up their game. There are plenty of other places to eat at in Ocala.

This place has not changed. Only thing that has changed is a new location and a new inside layout. The inside of this place is real nice. Lots of tvs. A+ on that. Food is ok. The Wings still look like they are on steroids. Beer tap is a A+. Waitress service sucked. I seen them sitting at tables when there other tables where waiting on them. I could go on. Lets just say the waitress need to step it up on there game. They need to be better trained and have a better manager.

Stopped by for a football game. Staff was great, food was good and warm. All was well until the puppy dog was allowed at the bar. Not fond of dogs inside restaurants unless they are a bonafide service animal. This was a puppy that the wait staff just fell in love with. We left after all the waitresses handled the puppy and then continued to serve food. Sorry, we love our local Hooters but the dog really turned us off.

When you order online and you show up, they take your money then tell you that the kitchen hasnt made your order yet even though you showed up 20 minutes after ordering. Then when you ask why, they tell you theyre swamped. There were 6 people at the bar, open booths, and no wait at all. Will never be back, was lied to by staff. You forget others may have had your position before.

This is the worst Hooters I have ever stepped into ever! Would not even take drink orders fromantic our group then did not know what they had for various adult drinks.then took our order for drinks and then went to do other things for 15min and complain to the coworkers that she had to take our order even though she didnt do auttering

Food was alright, kitchen was slow and backed up. Took 20-30mins between reorders for wings, consistently(3 times) got one table members order wrong which took another 10 mins to correct. Took 10mins to get bill which we were overcharged for and another 10 until it got fixed. Likely not going back any time soon.

Not even close to a real Hooters. Poor service, wait too long for food & then cold & wrong. Waitress had to be on drugs for bipolar. Never again. Owners have deep pockets so I give them up to 2 yrs before they close or sell. Management doesnt care overhead them say if folks dont like it they can go elsewhere.

Called in a to go order and got hung up on first. Called back, order boneless fried wings with bleu cheese. Got 10 traditional with ranch. Also, the wings are terrible. Grisly, fatty and just gross. Not to mention the waitress and hostess just stand there like youre bothering them. Will never eat here again.l

Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes bettor anyone would talk with us, people started piling in behind us and out the door. They finally took our names and said it would be 20 minutes. There were about 10 pone tables. Waitress was good and food came quick. But we almost left when we walking in.

Beer was nice and cold but the bartender was the worst that Ive ever seen. Did not ask me if I needed any thing. Did not ask if I wanted to order any food. She is so slow that I dont know if this the mentality for all the people who work this location or just a bad server. Will not ever comeback here.

We were sat by the hostess at a dirty table then sat there for ten minutes without anyone greeting us or offering to clean the table. One waitress served the table next to us but didnt say anything to us, even when we waved to her. I cant tell you anything about the food because we were never served.

Wings were ok. Waitress, not so much. We chose to eat outside bc it was pretty but got bombarded with nasty cigarette smoke, waitress did even try to get us another table. Sadly our Hooters closed so was really wanting good food and service, didnt get either.

This is what it is named....Hooters. The only reason to go here is to stare at the waitresses. The food took too long for finger food. It was all tepid to cold. The waitress staff was nice, thats what they are there for, but the food was mediocre.

The food is good. I knocked down a star for how loud the music is. You can hardly have a conversation with people at your table and another star for how long the food takes to come out. Its hard to come here for lunch due to the ticket times.

It was a very slow day when I went in there for lunch and I tried to order food 3 different times and all I did was keep getting ignored by all the girls spoke with the manager and nothing changed. Doubt Ill go back

Great service the manager went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted offering samples. Our waitress did not seem to know the menu or daily specials well. Other than that a great experience.

Didnt get my appetizer. I ordered a burger it was very over seasoned. The girls were nice but they need help with keeping to corporate standards. Wings were under seasoned... Food not good

Great experience and food. They were out of somthing we wanted but our waitress Alyson talked to the manager and made up for it 10fold! We will be back soon! Glad to have yall back in ocala
