I have never dealt with so many rude children in my life. I understand cheap labor gets you 15yrlds but seriously. I ignored the first 2 times Ive gone and these kids have rolled their eyes or threw change at me. I asked the little girl if she could please remake the small vanilla cone it was sideways. They did but were making fun of me as they did it. The window is cracked you can hear everything. Today i asked for a chocolate shake with strawberry in it. I watched the girl do it with vanilla. i asked the girl who collected the money to make sure it was with chocolate. She said yea brings me a white shake with brown tint. And says the girl who made it said it was with chocolate. I told her i watched her (she knew that and was already turning around to make a new one) then finally brings me one which is now brown. I said that looks like it and she annoyed tells me she just got to the window.they were busted in a lie and knew it. Instead of being rude because i wasnt just go about your day. Its the customers that keep the business going and a paycheck in your pocket. We may not always be right but good customer service goes a long way. Ill go 10miles out of my way now to the other dq when i love across the street from this one.

im a frequent customer because of how convenient it is to my house. however the customer service is awful. i went one time and the young man at the window did not say a single word to me the entire time i was at the window. i said hello and thank you like three times and still nothing he handed me my food and drinks then shut the window. i wanted to do a review on that specific time because i was in shock anyone would hire someone with horrible customer service but they dont give our receipts. your job is to make customers feel welcomed and important. hes been at the window multiple times and its still the same thing.

Every time I come here it takes forever to get through the drive thru. I come at least once a week. I understand they probably make food to order, but even still...ive sat in line for 15 minutes before. There are so many employees there usually but only a few are friendly. Most of the time they look at you like youre an idiot for requesting extra napkins. Ive currently been sitting behind one car(only car in parking lot) for 5 minutes and they just took her money. How does it take 5 minutes to collect funds?! Whoever is managing this place(which I have never seen a manager..ever

I live just down the road from this Dairy Queen and my wife and I frequent it often in the summer. The place is clean and has friendly staff. Besides its DQ and the food is awesome...highly recommended.
