The level of costumer service has gone way down the owner as well as the staff have zero concept of the costumer is always right motto and would much prefer to argue with you. This has happened on more than one occasion. The quality and availability of the food products is horrible, example Since when do you go into a place that makes deli sandwichs on a Monday at noon and they are out of two different lunch meats and bread, and always out of at least one of the three soups they offer. Also their baked goods are not always the freshest and they will proceed to argue with you if you asked to exchange it. One more thing if your asked if you want whip cream on your drink then you shouldnt be charged extra for it.

It has free wifi, politically correct food and coffee and a couple of the nicest people you would ever want to meet running the coffee house. Cynthia also teaches yoga, and she and her husband have sailed across the Pacific from Hawaii to San Fran and down the west coast through the Panama canal for a trip through the Caribbean - a couple of very interesting, talented, capable people. Ask them about their sailing experiences. ust a nice place run by nice people serving good wholesome food. and coffee. Every time Ive been there, the employees looked pretty happy to me and were friendly to the customers. I wish I had time to go there more often, but Im usually on the run.

A cozy, mostly organic coffee shop that serves breakfast and lunch while sporting an ecclectic array of coffee cups for purchase. As a traveler finding a decent cup of coffee can be somewhat stresfull due to this countries support of burnt, cold, acidic, and overall disgusting brown liquid they claim is "coffee." However, Chelsea Coffee Company was a godsend in respect to my coffee quest as well as a tasty breakfast sandwhich that the adorable staff was more than happy to make me after the designated breakfast time was over. I would highly recommend this establishment to locals as well as individuals travelling through.

I come in to Chelsea coffee company on a somewhat regular basis. I recently ordered a couple of coffees and went to pay, but was comped by the owner. When I looked at her incredulously, she waived me off and said "youre good". That $6 comp not only made me a customer for life, but is the essence of what good business is. Highly recommend this place and the bulletproof coffee. One of the places in town to serve organic coffee.

The baristas were pleasant and very patient when we took a while to decide on what we wanted. They offered suggestions and told us to ask if we had any questions. Then patiently answered all of our questions. Their iced coffee was really good as was thier looses leaf tea. Next time we pass through Ocala we will be back for coffe and tea.

I go to Chelsea Coffee at least once a week. Cynthia and Greg greet their regulars with a smile and a kind word. The coffee is great, interesting people are sharing coffee and conversation, and now they have Boars Head deli sandwiches for lunch. I love this shop and will continue to stop there.

they have the best coffee in ocala,period. plus a super friendly staff. came in this morning,cythia let me in almost a half hour before they actually opened, and even though it had been a while still recognized me. try getting that from starbucks!

Great, friendly and helpful staff. They also have gluten free muffins and bagels (and other things). Had a bacon egg and cheese today and didnt sick so I would say if you have celiac this would be a place to try!
