Rude beyond believe...female worker on Tuesday 12 April 2016 at 8:30pm had no customer service skills! She never smiled, not friendly, when I tried to pay with credit card she rudely said "cash only". I said I was here Saturday and you took credit card. She rudely replied, "computer broke"! Two other patrons agreed that she was very rude. When I asked for a lid for the to go bowl of ice cream she rudely retrieved a drink lid and turn upside down and smashed on top of bowl. It was like I asked her to clean the floor with a tooth brush! I paid 17.50 for three cones and a small bowl. Never again will I spend my money in Latte Da!!!

I wanted some coffee and stopped at Starbucks and decided Id rather give my money to local small business owners, so I found this place. I thought it was strange being on an island and not having coconut flavor, but no big deal Ill have a frozen Mocha. They ran out. I asked if they had French vanilla but they only have vanilla OK Ill have that. Nope they ran out of that too. I gave this place 2 stars because the young man behind the counter was super friendly and it was his 1st day.

Their coffee is good and they make a pretty good chai latte. The only other coffee place on the island is Starbucks so if youre looking for a good local cafe, this is a great choice!
